Matt is awesome person to deal with. Always on time and on top of things. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a hassle free job. He is reasonable and hardworking and pays attention to details.

Creavation Builders, and its owner Matt Kearns, have helped me and my family create our dream home. Ours is a HUGE project; we left about 3.5 walls of our existing house standing and demolished the rest. Even after almost one year through the building process, I can honestly say that Matt and his team are dedicated professionals with tremendous work ethic and I enjoy working with all of them. They show up every single day, on time, and they work hard to give us the house that me, and my perfectionist husband, expect. Matt communicates with me on a daily basis about our project and addresses our concerns. We are demanding clients, and we know it, but Matt does not dismiss us. Instead, he works hard to make sure we are satisfied. I have also been impressed with the fact the Matt has not presented us with a single change order that we ourselves have not asked for. For instance, we wanted to upgrade some walls to make them more sound resistant and he will charge us for those types of things. However, he has not once come to us saying "I discovered 'x' and it needs to be taken care of and you need to pay me 'y' for it." My husband and I blew our budget but Matt never did. I have learned through this project that mistakes will be made. In choosing a construction professional, you want someone who can fix those mistakes, who communicates with you frequently and who is totally honest. Matt and Creavation Builders encompass all those qualities and more. I don't know many people who say this about their contractor but I honestly feel lucky that we found Creavation.

Matt was great. Always nice to work with a vet, but beyond that he was very knowledgable, accommodating and responsive. Would give 5 stars if he was more attentive to detail. Overall a great experience so far.
