What a savior! Jean and Desi at Valley Oak are the bomb. We live in a rural area - no one wanted to touch are stovetop downdraft replacement. No one, until I called Valley Oak. Jean the owner was 110% responsive. She thoroughly researched everything. Gave us options. And Desi their technician knows everything about installation and product specs/fit. I tried Masters Wholesale in Rancho Cordoba and they didn't want to bother with us. He said "we don't make anything off downdrafts." Valley Oak gets my vote of confidence and I will refer them to anyone in our area.
