RR&M just installed carpeting in our bedroom, dining room, living room and main stairway. All carpeting is premium grade and the installers were excellent. Arriving on time on each of two work days, and finishing on time. They kept the area clean while working and cleaned up on completion. You cant see any seams in the work anywhere; beautifully done. The stairway was very complicated with carpeting going around 40 balusters and wrapping around the end of each stair. The result is outstanding. Highly recommend RR&M for good selection of quality carpeting and highly skilled installers.

The Rugs, Rolls & More team is wonderful to work with. They are incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. My husband and I replaced 80% of our flooring at one time because of the open configuration of our home, it was an all or nothing project. We had some difficulty in finding a product that would wear well with our very large dog; was a specific thickness to avoid having to put down another subfloor; and would compliment the renovations that we had already done in a very date 1970s ranch. Claire was immediately able to recommend a product that met all of our needs and was priced more reasonably than other products we had researched elsewhere. The install took four days. The installer was meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We intend to use Rugs, Rolls & More again when we finish up the remaining spaces in the house. They are highly recommended.
