Megan was the quintessential professional...and she was great fun to work with. Her knowledge allows her to provide so much more than just design advice. She made suggestions for several elements we were looking to fix or upgrade as we had just moved into a new home. Her advice saved us considerable money. We bought several new pieces of furniture and a rug from Megan and could not be more pleased with our purchase!!

My sister stopped by the Richmond store the last day of a sale to look at a chair I was interested in. Thankfully, Megan noticed us, where others didn’t seem interested, and inquired if we needed help. We asked a milllion questions. She answered each and every one. Megan helped me make a final determination of the perfect chair and the filling. Then came the fabric. She cheerfully helped us narrow down the fabric, even though we looked at SO many! When a swatch of my final choice was not available in store, she had one ordered and shipped! We added a layer of complication because my husband and I are building a house in another state. Megan is helping us coordinate delivery of the two chairs to the builder so it will be in the right place when we move in. We have purchased many items from Ethan Allen over the years. I can honestly say she is the best designer we have worked with. She is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind, and cheerful. It was a pleasure to work with her. In future, she will be my go to, whether I am in Virginia or not.

I have had Megan Vogel help me design and choose new furniture for my family room and then she just helped me select a new kitchen table with chairs for my newly renovated kitchen. Megan is very through in preparing for room updates and came to my home to look at and evaluate my space first. She also took measurements and placed all of my furniture to scale on the Ethan Allen computerized room drawing so I could visually see how the furniture would look like in my own space. Megan walked me around the show room and offered different choices for my space and advised me on which pieces looked best and why. It was very important that I understood how the pieces went together and complimented each other. I am very appreciative of her help.

Megan is great! She helped me choose bedroom furniture a few years back, so I did not hesitate to contact her when I decided to replace my living room furniture this year. Megan was professional & spot on for what I needed-new cushions & fabric for wicker sofa, rocker, chair & ottoman purchased at EA 16+ years ago! Prior to visiting the EA store, Megan & I discussed colors/patterns/fabric; at the store visit, Megan had an assortment for me to choose from-all the selections she picked were great, making it a difficult choice for me. She kept me informed of the order progress which I really appreciated. As a side note, I also purchased fabric to cover cushions for another chair not purchased from EA. Recently purchased a sofa and extra fabric from Megan at Ethan Allen. The entire experience was exceptional from purchase to delivery. Megan and several of her associates assisted me and I was extremely pleased. By far, it is not the cheapest furniture store in Richmond, but you get what you pay for.

I randomly chose Megan from the Ethan Allen web page and she was great! My need was rather small and she hit the nail on the head with her suggestion of two chairs for a morning room that I struggled with for years. Together we chose the perfect chairs and now the room is complete. I love it! Her availability and follow-up were excellent. Thank you, Megan!
