Gerety Building and Restoration

My experience with Pimlico for the past 2 years has been outstanding ! The owner Melissa Lindsey is very easy to work with. She is excellent at conveying her design visions & is always open to alternative suggestions when it comes to the actual building and remodeling plans. We had an open line of communication at all stages of the building project which helped the venture run on point even, when when there were design changes, incorrect or delayed material deliveries. The team at PIMLICO is professional and has exceptional perspective on the building process which has a synergetic effect on the the success of the finished space. I recommend Pimlico for any homeowner who looking for a designer to turn their personal design ideas into reality and would be honored to work with them again.

Commented: Love this kitchen!The kitchen paint color was custom--a similar color is Benjamin Moore Collingood. The pendant fixtures are from Avant Garden (www.avantgardenltd.com) in NY.

Commented: What kind of floor is in this kitchen?This is an antique home with floors that we weren't able to sand. Best solution was to paint the hardwood with an interesting pattern.
