Home Staging Texas

Watching Mike work on preparing a home to sell by de-cluttering, organizing and updating showed me his skill at selecting the necessary repairs and replacement of outdated lighting fixtures, refreshing the paint and often updating appliances. We needed to sell our home quickly because we were relocating so we had three different stagers come out to do estimates. We choose Mike because we felt his plan was the best way to spend our staging budget. Mike was professional, organized and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Our home ended up looking fantastic but still livable for us. We had multiple offers within the first ten days and sold our home slightly above list price. I would recommend Metamorphysis to anyone planning on selling their home.

Mike was top notch from his pre planning consultation to the finished product! He listened to our needs a a desired outcome and he definitively has an eye for color when selecting out paint. We also asked him to function as our Project Manager of all the service vendors and he was flawless. Our home had been on market for several months prior and once Mike staged the home it sold within a week at list price ! I almost didn't want to move after he finished staging! D
