We retained Method Residential Design for the design of our house interior/exterior renovation project. As it turned out, Phil's design input and execution jelled seamlessly with our project vision and criteria, resulting in helping shape an exceptional final product that my wife and I find pleasing and enjoyable. As design goes, "highlight" is everything to me. In this respect, Phil was instrumental in suggesting the different key design elements to bring about a cohesive, functional, efficient, visually pleasing environment and at the same time with a "uniquely mine" flair. His (& his associates') services were delivered promptly. His cost control was professional. In particular, Phil and I spent many hours together to consult with vendors for the kitchen island granite top, cabinetry, the flooring, the exterior stone tiles..... We recently went through a renovation of our home which included replacing our kitchen, new flooring, new railings and new bedroom custom closets. We have used other designers in the past, but none of them were as excellent a fit for us that Method Residential Design was. The whole design process from start to finish was very satisfactory. We really appreciated how Phil worked to understand our design tastes and never forced his tastes upon us. He certainly guided and advised us with many great ideas. He had a clearly set out process and cost for our project. The whole exercise of selecting flooring, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, railings, textures and colours went so well. Phil was well organized and our time visiting suppliers was timely and effective. We are very pleased with the final design product and Phil's positive attitude, experience and professionalism is reflected in the results. We have no hesitation recommending Method Residential Design.

My wife and i hired Phil to design our main floor, bonus room ( converted to a closet for the wife) and Kitchen. We are extremely happy with the results of Mr. Mateshaytis's vision and now have a new home which we are very proud of. Thanks again Phil for bringing our dreams to reality .

I was extremely happy with the design that Phil and his team prepared for my master bath renovation. He listened to what I wanted, made modifications after the first design submission and now that the project is complete, showed his design savvy.

Phil and his team were wonderful to work with! They patiently listened to our ideas and then quickly put them into 3D renderings for our review. With each new idea, then drawings were modified. I believe we ended up with over 16 pages of renderings! It was invaluable to see how our completed renovation would look before we ordered products (such as doors and windows). I greatly appreciated their interior design help as well. Having someone help me select everything from knobs to light fixtures was wonderful!

An excellent experience. From the initial interview where he took the time to listen to us and our ideas, Phil and his team quickly understood our needs and expectations. His team then returned a draft set of drawings. With a few small changes, we were good to go with a our main contractor. The final product looks exactly how we wanted it and the whole design process was seamless.

Excellent ideas and final drawings are presented in 3D so you really have a great view of final outcome. Very friendly and very professional. We would not hesitate to contact them again. From drawings to designs, it was an enjoyable experience.
