Interiors For Modern Living

We have completed two major renovations of our bathrooms and kitchen, designed by Jennifer Hale and executed by Michael Palen of Interiors for Modern Living. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the implementation. The designs are very contemporary and the workmanship is exceptional. In both projects, the old interiors were removed all the way to the studs, windows were expanded and upgraded, new plumbing, cabinets, counter tops, tiles, hardwood-floor and appliances were installed. Michael, as a general contractor, employs high quality subcontractors that produce quality work and show up to work like clockwork. In both projects, there has not been a single day without someone on-site working on our projects. The budgets were very close to the actual costs and payments were made on a progress basis.
