I could not be more pleased with the remodel of our basement. Elias Construction did an outstanding job, and we utilize our new space more than we ever thought possible. Through the entire process, we were communicated daily on what to expect, and kept in constant contact with updates during the transition. The professionalism and expert care they gave us made the project run smoothly and timely as communicated from the start. My ideas were "out of the box" and required extra research and brainstorming. Elias Construction came through and made my vision a reality. We get SO MANY compliments on our new space and its unique style. I am so pleased that my vision came to fruition with Elias!

Our experience with Elias construction surpassed what we were expecting in our remodel project. Mickey is very professional and his communication skills are a strength. We were always kept informed about what was going on.He seemed to have good relationships with his sub contractors.The site was kept very clean during the whole process. We always had well documented costs for any changes made. Any issues that came up were handled promptly. Very pleased with the custom cabinets. We can say we would use Elias Construction again.

I found Elias Construction on Houzz for my boyfriends basement remodeling project. Everything has gone so well along the way from the initial contact, to scheduling an appointment, to getting the estimate and working through change orders to the final work. The basement was completely gutted, drain tiles added, some walls moved around, new bathroom, woodwork, doors, carpet/tile and the way that the end result looks, he does amazing work. He also replaced some windows and a garage service door. Very high quality craftsmanship with great customer service behind it. He sets a schedule and sticks to it. Plans are to use Elias for the upstairs now that the basement is complete. I highly recommend this contractor for any remodeling project.

Mickey Elias was professional, listened to our needs, and was very good at leading a team of others to finish our basement project. He was detailed and demanded quality on our behalf. We were very pleased with the final result and have been enjoying the finished product every day! The cost of the project was similar to other bids but more thorough in definition and clearly was a choice we would make again.

I hired Elias Construction company to finish off a lower level bedroom needing sheet rock, ceiling, closet and rewiring as well as bringing the lower level up to code. He happily provided with me a best and worse case scenario. Micky's experience working with the city inspectors and the necessary tradesmen were invaluable. Clean-up at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. His professionalism, openness and honesty was displayed throughout the entire project. I highly recommend Elias Construction and will hire them again when the need arises.

Kitchen remodel with new cupboards, counter top , sink and flooring. Very professional and courteous. Willing to go above and beyond to please the customer. Very timely responding to calls and emails. Great workmanship. Excellent at providing ideas and suggestions.

He has remodeled two bathrooms for us and both have been completed on time and exceeded our expectations. All people who worked on the projects were very respectful and we could see they were very experienced at the tasks they were performing and we have had no problems to date with any work done. With his knowledge and expertise he helped us in making decisions to better the projects and keep us in the budget we had. We will be using Mickey for all our major remodeling project s since he is the first and only contractor that has truly done what he said he would do and completed it on time.

Mickey Elias is an honest, straightforward young man with a solid background in home remodeling. We have been with him as our contractor since he first got his license. He has built a wet bar, reroofed our house, tore down and rebuilt a screen porch with a deck above it, and will soon remodel our master bath. He is a great carpenter - he created stairs inside our garage to the mud room and even carved out the handrail to make it easier for someone to navigate the stairs. No job is too small for him - he's even fixing weather stripping on a door because we can't do it. Mickey's prices are very reasonable - he's vey fair. He is personable and easy to deal with. He is using the latest technology and is familiar with the best products. He uses quality materials and works with reputable firms for plumbing, fixtures, etc.

I hired Mr. Elias as contractor for renovation of two bathrooms and laundry room, followed by a later project to remodel the family room, fireplace and a bedroom. I am currently evaluating doing my kitchen renovation with him. For both completed projects he delivered on budget and on time. He showed up daily to review the plan with me and to check on the work that had been done each day. I felt he was a great advocate for me in getting the work done to a high standard. His demeanor is professional and friendly and I found him easy to work with and highly recommend him if you want it done right and on time!

The Elias crew are hard workers, who took their job seriously to make a finish project , beautiful! Mickey took the time everyday to explain what was happening and what to except in the days to come. Mickey never let us down and if we had any concerns, he was right there to answer them. Our basement was done on time , stayed on budget and done RIGHT.
