New 4U LLC

My mother contacted these people on 04/26/2023 to refinish our bathroom. They quoted her a price, and were responsive. She put down $500as a deposit, and they began work. Then she payed 4000 on 4/29, 650 on 5/2, 1500 on 6/7 and 800 on 5/12. They tore out our sink and began demolition and left all the trash and demolished pieces. They stated they were ordering a vanity and other materials, but it never showed. After their last appearance 5/19, we tried to contact them on 5/23, 5/24 he stated he had family issues. We tried to contact them 5/29 (no response), 5/30 they stated they would come by, then on 6/2 he would come by tomorrow. The next day, he asked for money, but he never came by, and stated he would come by in 2 days. On that day, 6/5, he never came by despite us asking when he would be by. We followed up 6/7 we asked for an update, nothing, and 6/12, 6/13, we had no contact. We requested a refund, and nothing. The number is now no longer accepting phone calls, and there is no contact from them. We will likely try to pursue legal action, but it does not seem like we have any way of contacting these people.
