Working with TCD homes was an absolute pleasure. Mike and Lisa listened to our ideas and created a plan that was more than we could have hoped for. Their attention to detail and finishing touches were beyond our expectations. Lisa was amazing helping us pick out our stone, tile, fixtures, even coordinating our colors. They outlined a timeline that was amazingly accurate throughout the building process. Mike’s attention to detail gave us the confidence that our remodel and addition was going to be nothing but the best craftsmanship, completed on time and of superb quality. In working with all of the various vendors and subcontractors we could tell that Mike and Lisa are highly respected in the industry. TCD Homes has blessed us with a dream come true! I cannot say enough about all of the people we have worked with in our home building experience. We were around to check out the progress of our home each and every day so we had the privilege of meeting all of the different people coming in and out which was nice! I can honestly say the TCD team made sure each and every detail was covered throughout the entire process. We met with Mike the 1st of the year and we had plans drawn up shortly after. He walked us through each room, what works and what doesn't work in a floor plan and thoroughly explained it. Lisa walked me through the process of different things to consider when picking out, plumbing, fixtures, flooring, you name it, she was my go to with everything design! Brad was and is still our go to for any questions we have which is really nice that he's always so responsive and helpful. The best part about the whole process was that if something did or didn't work with what our "plans" in our mind were, they didn't just say no, they explained why and what might be better! They wanted to make sure you're ideas, dreams, thoughts of what you wanted, came to life. I didn't have to go with a specific "theme" I just went by what I liked and what I wanted and they supported us with some advice if needed. When going to the Showcase of Homes both in Fall and Spring, I could definitely tell a difference in how "beefy" and all around well built the TCD Homes were. We can honestly say that we had the best home building experience hands down and it's because of the thought and organization that goes into each and every project they do! I also want to give a shout out to all the companies and teams that worked on the ins and outs of our home. They were awesome. TCD is very picky on who they contract for projects and I could tell because everything went so smooth. My husband and I still can't believe our home is as beautiful as it is! Our home is nothing like I imagined it would be, it's so much better.

TCD Homes recently completed the build of our new home & we couldn't be more pleased w/ how it turned out! Our experience w/ the building process was smooth & well planned. We moved in on time w/ all work complete. Why did we choose TCD? We have been going to Showcase homes for many years & have always been impressed w/ the quality & attention to detail displayed in their homes. However, what sealed the deal was when we sold our home 3 wks into the pandemic & found ourselves scrambling to determine where we were going to move to. We called Mike on a Saturday afternoon telling him we were looking at lots. W/in 1 hr, he met us at the lots, did quick surveys & weighed in on which would work best for the home we wanted to build. That set the stage for the rest of our experience in terms of the attention received from Mike & Lisa. They are very hands on, easy to talk to & listen to your ideas. They offered their professional suggestions to keep us on the right track for things we didn't see or understand. Lisa has a great sense of style & was willing to come to appointments to provide another opinion as we picked finishes out. She reminded us w/ Covid, there could be delays so we should try to pick things out as quickly as we felt comfortable to ensure everything was in on time. Glad we listened. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about our experience w/ TCD homes. I hope others who read this are inspired to work w/ TCD. You will not regret it.

Mike & Lisa were phenomenal to work with. They made the overwhelming house building so much more managable with their knowledge. Mike is very easy to talk with and ensures you understand the cost elements before making a decision. Lisa was amazing during the design work. The options seemed endless and she has the eye to select things that match based on what she has previously seen. If I build again, I would absolutely go back to TCD!

Building our first home was daunting but Mike & Lisa made it easy. From day one we loved how organized they were, how professional and insightful they are, and how they took the time to explain everything to us.
