About Us
In 1969 Paul Miklja entered the United States from Yugoslavia with a degree in Clinical Lab Technician Services. From 1970 - 1972 he worked as a Chemistry Lab Tech in Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
After leaving Mount Sinai, Paul then traveled across the country to California where he worked in Machine Shops to make a living. It was due to his love for nature that he started working in landscaping.
In 1984 Landscapes by Paul was born, Paul continues to work in the landscape industry, in 1993 Paul passed the state exam to receive his state license as a Landscaping Contractor.
