Tony started off being very friendly and considered to be helpful. He will explain to you that he has been working with the insurance companies and know how they think and act. However, when it came to the insurance companies questioning his invoice, he went missing and claims that it is all on the insurance and you. I highly suggest that if an insurance claim is involved, get several quotes first and make sure they are acceptable. Tony seems like the type that likes to take full advantage of your desperation.

We had water leakage in our home and hired Tony to extract water from one bedroom, steam clean carpet and removed affected floating floor board and underlay. It took around 3 days for the entire area to dry and Tony monitored the area on regular basis until completion of the job. Excellent Service and highly recommended.

We, as a small to medium-size business in Dandenong South, needed repairs to our carpet, so we called upon 3 Eight Australia to do the job. If you are after a carpet repairman that will do the job with honesty, pride in their work, kept noise to a minimum so workers are not too disturbed, not untidy and value for money then call 3 Eight Australia (Tony), you will not be disappointed!!

I hired Tony to insert carpet where a wall had been taken out. When he finished you could not see where the original carpet ended and the inserted piece began. He was very professional and did not do a patch up job. I was really pleased with the finished outcome.
