My cousin had a garage door installed in a week October 2020 and highly recommended MJ Wilson. I contracted with him to install a garage door June 2021. He asked for a $500.00 deposit which gave him and all summer he gave me excuse after excuse, changed installation dates, ignored my calls, texts and emails. I took him to court in August 2022, but he could not be found. I am still trying to locate him and am awaiting return of my deposit. I would give him no stars.

Ok I been calling this company for the last 4 months no answer or no call back. I finally got a hold of the company in October and he made appt no show or call. I called from a different number today a guy answered he was very unprofessional and rude. My door handle broke off because it off track from the beginning and its $130 to come out to look at it. I think this company does not guarantee their work just want your money.

Door was delivered and installed in under 2 weeks. Mike Wilson replaced old garage door and installed new door; cleaned up all within the time frame discussed. Highly recommend the garage door, workmanship and professionalism of Mike Wilson. Satisfied Garwood customer.
