Modish Store

I bought a $1600 down filled sofa that began stinking after 3 months and they refuse to help me because it is past their 5 day window to report something as being defective. How was I supposed to know the down filling would begin to stink after a few months? Now I am stuck with a sofa that has no cushions because I had to throw them away. They do not care about their customers at all.

Amazing Service. Had a slight issue but they were very quick to resolve it, customer service was great. Will buy again from here if I get the opportunity.

I recently bought some cute fox wall hooks for a friend, when they arrived one of the hooks was defective missing some paint on an ear, the internal box was destroyed and it was horribly packed. I wrote to the company and recieved a reply saying they would look into it with vendor. I enclosed photos in my email to customer service. I have never recieved any other contact even after more inquiries. Be smart, do NOT order from this place especially for gifts. The store appears to project a high end appearance but the service is definitly lacking. After they have your money forget any customer care. As an update after posting this review, customer service emailed me a replacement was on the way. I did receive it and it was satisfactory. So I felt an update was warranted. Hopefully there will be a time I will shop here again..

This is not a reputable business. I placed an order and Modish Store sent the wrong items, which arrived damaged. I notified them immediately and provided photographic evidence. They charged my credit card AFTER they were notified of their errors and shipper damage. They will not provide shipping boxes to return the product or provide a refund. I've had to initiate a credit card dispute. Horrible and unresponsive customer service, and unscrupulous business practices.

Horrible vendor. I ordered a set of chairs from them and one arrived damaged. They gave me the runaround for weeks - refusing to replace or do anything until they got resolution from their supplier (not sure why that was my problem, but they never did resolve it). Finally I resorted to filing a dispute through my credit card company. Thank goodness I was able to purchase a replacement chair from a different vendor or the whole set would have been compromised. This store might be ok if you have no issues with your order, but you'd be better served dealing with someone who stands behind their products.

We ordered an outdoor sectional, lounge chair and ottoman. Modish had the best prices. The furniture came promptly. We are very satisfied with the quality and appearance. Their customer service exceeded our expectations.

I am very satisfied with the service I got from Modish. Helped me select the right furniture, got replies to my questions from the manufacturer and helped me with shipping. Helped me save a pile of money too. I recommend this store and look forward to buying again

Wonderful service. Worked with this store for setting up some WFH offices in the summer of 2020 and for outdoor/patio furniture later. The timelines were a bit of problem because the shipments coming from outside the US were canceled due to lockdown, but Modish made sure I got my ordered items in good condition; even replaced one of items that got damaged in the truck. I have enjoyed a good experience and will recommend this store.

Don't buy from here - 0 customer service - They keep blaming the "warehouse" - They never answer their phones, emails, online chat - The Owner Samit Ranjan needs to re evaluate this company and get it together

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed an order for two of the exact same items which were both in stock at the time weeks later no word from the company whatsoever on when they’re being delivered no communication. I called to find out the items are out of stock. They canceled my order. This was the first and last time I would ever consider on placing an order through this company. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. It is now one day before the holiday and I have two less gifts.

If I could leave negative stars here, I would. This customer service experience has been a nightmare the entire time. I placed an order in June for one tall and two short lamps and was given an estimated delivery date. The tall lamp was delivered during that delivery date. I was waiting on the short ones and meanwhile ordered 4 dining chairs. The date came and went for our short lamps to be delivered, and when I reached out, Mimi sent me proof of delivery and said I'd already received them. I had to press and press to prove that actually, my items were never delivered. The delivery was delayed by months and months. It's currently December, and I haven't received them or heard anything. The tracking number still shows them as delivered. In addition, I've emailed 3 separate people multiple times and my emails are completely ignored. No one ever answers the phone. DO NOT order from this company. They'll basically steal from you and ignore you. It's nightmare customer service and their management is a disaster.
