Don’t do it! $4000 and a warranty and it bubbled within the year. They won’t fix it and hung up on me after saying he doesn’t care about a negative review.

Per the contract The warranty does not cover moisture coming up from the bottom of the concrete. Which is the reason why the concrete coating is delaminating. We offered to come back once and fix it at no charge, but we can’t guarantee that would not happen again. So they decided not to have us come back.

We hired Monarch to do a coating on our driveway and backyard/pool deck. The workmanship and professionalism Ryan, Stacey and their team provided was second to none and I would definitely recommend their services. We received day to day updates on where they were in the project and they were finished in the exact time frame they promised.

We were very pleased with the experience we had with Monarch Concrete Coatings. I called to request an appointment to get a quote for repairs to a balcony deck and getting two other balcony decks recoated for waterproofing. Ryan showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very courteous and thoroughly explained how our deck should be repaired. He provided a detailed quote that same day. Later when I picked Monarch to do the job, Ryan worked out the schedule with me. His crew of two, with 30 years of experience, showed up on time to start the job. Their experience showed in the efficiency of their work, as they completed the job in the three days scheduled. They cleaned up the work site each day before they left. When they finished the job, all the decks looked brand new, including the one they had done extensive repairs on. When we need to reseal the decks in about 5 years, we’ll use Monarch again!

My husband and I have a home where the third story is mostly a deck. We had it coated several times but we always had problems with leaks. Also the coatings were not very attractive. I called Monarch Concrete Coatings to have the deck resurfaced. We are very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in two days. The coating is very attractive. Best of all, we haven't had any leaks! We would definitely recommend Monarch Concrete Coatings to friends and family. Also, everyone we worked with was professional and listened to our concerns.

Great job. Superb pricing, professional planning and service. Excellent customer service. At the CDM center, the center policy forbids loud work between the hours of 9am to 9pm. Ryan's crew came in the middle of the night, grinded and sealed the space. There work area was immaculately clean. They worked the whole next day, applying the epoxy sealer, patching in areas and finishing the floor with a polyurethane finish.

I received a bid from Ryan many months ago and finally got around to getting the work done. They took a cracked patio and made it look thousand times better and they sealed stained concrete that was fading. They brought the color back then sealed it. They were on time, honest and have a lot of integrity. The stain that was originally laid did not come out the same that was on the color chart. So they fixed and it came out great. Attached are the before and after pics. This was cheaper and less work than tearing out the old and pouring new concrete. That would have only given me boring plain concrete.

I do not know what kind of work these guys do. I never got the chance to find out. Ryan came to the house to look at a deck repair and gave me an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I called him back to set up a time for the work to start. The estimate was $2,100, so not a tiny fee. He never returned my call. I waited a few days and called again and again several days later and never received a returned call. Two more calls and one from my wife over 2 weeks never were returned. If for some reason they did not want the job, why not just return the call and explain why. If this is how they do business before you hire them I wonder what their response would be afterwords. I would be very careful in calling these guys.

My husband and I hired Monarch to stain the concrete and seal the pavers on our patio. Ryan and Stacey (brothers) did an amazing job!! We could not be happier! They were professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Ryan came out to give us a quote and offered some great ideas so we could make the best decision on color. Stacey and his crew showed up on time with a great attitude and cleaned the entire area after the job was complete. An absolute enjoyable experience overall!! I highly recommend Monarch Concrete Coatings!

I had Ryan and his company resurface my patio about a year ago. He pressure washed it, fixed a number of cracks, applied texture, and then a color sealer coat. He and his crew did an awesome job, and were very clean and professional, paying attention to detail, like around the edges. The project was delivered on time and on budget, and the deck looks great. I had a few self imposed stains over the last year that I couldn't get out, and he came by the other day (at no cost) and gave me some pointers on how to clean and maintain the patio. They really stand behind their work, and I would highly recommend them.
