Monica Macha Design

Monica was responsive to my needs and thoughtful about every decision. She helped me see possibilities that I would not have thought of myself. Monica checked on material availability and updated the contractors with measurements, etc. which is way beyond anything I would be able to do! There is no way I could have completed this project without Monica's expertise!

Monica was the designer for our custom build. She participated from the blueprint stage through finishing touches of the interior. Monica was always pleasant to be around, patient with our times of indecision, and quick to respond to communication. Our home is gorgeous and we can't thank her enough for making it that way.

Monica is very creative and very hands on and she will gave us so much of her time. She was always returned our phone calls and text messages quickly. When we started the process we did not really know what we wanted, just that we wanted it to be unique. Mission accomplished! We are so happy with our house.

For our first custom home build, it was great to have Monica as a design partner. We wanted to do something unique in Boise and she definitely helped us accomplish that. We couldn't be happier with both how our home turned out and the fact that we were within 3% of our budget. A lot of work went into finding ways to value engineer our choices to produce something that created the functionality we wanted in our home while staying within our budget and not sacrificing style. Monica was easy to work with, pushed us to think in different directions and helped take a lot of the legwork off our plates. We're big fans.

We really appreciated having Monica support our house remodel design project. There is no way our major house remodel or new furniture design would have turned out as spectacular as it is without all of her help. Monica's vision for our house remodel was amazing. She thought of numerous details, like rearranging our laundry room floor plan to help make it more functional, to creating a coffee bar in our new pantry. It was really helpful to see the design plan Monica had for each room drawn up digitally before making the change. This helped us align on the vision she had for each room ahead of the construction. Also, Monica made sure to be onsite whenever there were major changes being made to confirm the construction and installation was done correctly. We absolutely love how our house remodel turned out and can't thank Monica enough for the amount of detail and time she put into every aspect of this project. I've included a couple pictures of our master bathroom and powder room as an example of Monica's design work. They both turned out amazing along with the entire rest of our house.

Monica Macha was such a big help in my master bathroom remodel. She arranged for a contractor and worked with me from the beginning to the end of the project. My bathroom turned out elegant. I am Monica was very professional and easy to work with. I recommend her highly.

Monica navigated the difficult waters of my remodel with professionalism, style, and knowledge. She caught a multitude of contractor errors that could have ended up in an ongoing legal battle over code violations. The end result could have been disastrous. During this very difficult remodel, she became an advocate for my needs, and a project oversight manager for the contractor. I ended up with a beautiful kitchen! I highly recommend Monica for her expertise in construction processes and design skill!

Monica Macha designed and managed a complete gut and remodel of a two-bedroom condo for me. She has a broad skill set, which not only includes interior design, but construction management, material procurement, cost effective sourcing of furniture selection.

Monica did a fantastic job and helped make my new home just as stunning as I hoped it would be. She is super easy to work with and went far above what I expected. I would absolutely use her again !

Monica is fantastic and the epitome of style. She transformed my awful, years worth of handy down furniture into a stylish "bachelor pad". It was quick and easy, as she sent me everything I needed to have. When things came in, she was there to take the lead and wrangle the movers and furniture together. My place went from a 0 to a 10. I will request her service again and I highly suggest you do too.

Monica took over the remodel and decorating project started by another decatator when that decorator's husband came down with cancer and she had to abandon the project. Monica worked closely with the general contractor and sub-contractors to insure that our expectations and decaroting design was followed exactly as we planned it. This was especially difficult in that we are part time residents. We were not present 100% of the time and she had to interpret our desires, expectations, and communicate them to the contractors in our absence. She was most effective in that capacity while keeping budget limitations ever present in our absence. Monica's eye for design and current decorating trends were much in line with ours and when we differed she worked very closely with us to arrive at a completed remodel project that is exactly what we were looking for. We are now ready to embark on the second phase of our remodel and decorating project with Monica leading the way.

Monica goes out of her way to accommodate every request for her professional input. Generous of her time and unlimited talents... a must have on any redo or staging team!
