Lowes West Chester

Three years ago, Monica helped us tremendously with a complete kitchen renovation. She was with us from day one. She remained on task through the entire project and made sure we understood each step of the renovation and what was to come next. Monica answered all questions (And we had a lot of them!) with patience & professionalism. She helped us make many choices and we love the end result! We would highly recommend Monica without reservation and would gladly use her again for any & all home projects. She is a wonderful person!

We are very happy to write about Monica Walker who was our Project Specialist Interiors at Lowe's West Chester Ohio. One great thing about Monica is, she is extremely good at Interiors. We had to renovate Bathroom, Ceiling replacement due to water damage and Hard Wood flooring in the Kitchen and living areas. During the project days, she used to come on time, talked to the installers to get the work done on time. Monica's communication was excellent and kept us at ease all the time. Her attitude and leadership qualities certainly helped to finish the project on time. Monica's creative thinking helped us to beautify our home with afforadable cost. To summarize, we feel lucky to have Monica as our Project Specialist from Lowes. We will certainly engage Lowes for all our future projects. Lowes should be proud of having Monica as a Project Specialist Interiors.

Lowes installed my carpet and did an excellent job. The installation was done in one day and the employees were very professional.

I framed a large picture window looking out on the golf course. I was trying to match the framing to the fireplace framing in the same room. I purchased the wood and accessories from Lowes, but more importantly got great advice on procedures to assure a good job. The job was done quickly and professionally due to the help I received from their employees.

We ordered and paid for a side door and storm door, off of the laundry room, for $800, the last weekend in November. We then bought a front door, totaling $3800, December 2. Our side door was installed before Christmas, but incorrectly. We are still waiting, a month later, for the replacement. Our front door was due Dec 28, then the date got changed to January 16, and last Friday the date is not February sometime
