Joy helped us stage our condo for resale. She was truly amazing and very practical. Joy used our existing furnishing and accessories with only minor purchases. This talented, artistic gal is passionate about her work. Joy was lovely to work with and went above an beyond what we expected. Only 3 days after her staging we were in a contract to sell! Her eye for making a home look welcoming is outstanding. With all of these compliments the most important one is her warm and friendly personality. We highly recommend Joy!

I was having trouble selling my house in a tough real estate area, Middletown Ohio. I had four showings prior to Joy's help and no offers. She gave valuable advice on the exterior and interior of my home and was only halfway through staging the home during the next scheduled walkthrough. Even with only half the home being staged, an offer was made and accepted on only that one showing. I believe that I would not have received as high an offer if it were not for her staging. Joy is a pleasure to work with and a trustworthy individual. She came in well under budget, did everything with very little direction, and thankfully the amount of time that I invested in the project was minimal. I would highly recommend having your home staged with Joy to both increase the likelihood of your home being sold and increase the offer that you would receive.

Joy took an almost bare "bachelor pad" Cape Cod house and turned it into a very stylish home that received excellent showing remarks. I know a little about staging, but I realized very quickly what an expert brings to the table. She rearranged the furniture in the bedroom and office to make it look larger. The difference in the before/after pictures was huge! It looked like a much bigger home. The appearance certainly brought in a lot of potential buyers. Joy explains the "why" behind the thing she does, which is really helpful too. I'd highly recommend her.

My husband and I recently moved to Cincinnati with two moving vans full of belongings. Not only were we moving to a smaller house, but we were incorporating furniture and artwork from my husband's recently deceased parent's home. I was at a complete loss as to how to blend everything together in a way that would work in our new home. Along came Joy Lisle, and what a blessing she has been to us! Joy provided both external and internal staging of my home yesterday...I was inspired and energized by the work. She employed several simple, yet impactful changes resulting in an incredibly inviting look for my home. Joy provided a very thorough consultation with a range of ideas, as well as help prioritizing the ones that would have the most impact. Her ideas were great and costs were reasonable.
