Delabole slate is beautiful but can be tricky to lay ...our advice would be to make sure your contractor is completely understanding of what can be achieved. Harry is very grounded in his advice and therefore delivers what he commits to...we also had awful weather which Harry and his team had to battle through. End result is lovely to look at and walk on in summer and very sound in design when drainage is needed. We have also used Muddy for garden and maintenance work as we bought the house and wanted sound advice as a start up in planting and laying of turf etc...all delivered as agreed and committed to.

Helen and the team at Muddy Wellies do a great job of helping manage my mature and slightly quirky garden - and help us spend time enjoying it rather than spending all our time on maintenance. Super professional, tidy, knowledgable and friendly. They spent time over the winter giving everything a good cut back and now visit monthly to maintain some of the harder and larger plants and trees.

Wow ! Nothing but praise for these people. Helen visited me to discuss the garden and then arranged for a team of 3 to start. They are all very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. I was absolutely amazed at the results of their hard work. It felt so lovely to be able to enjoy the garden space again and now with regular maintenance, I have truly found my ‘garden angels’. Thankyou does not come close.

Muddy Wellies are working on a large landscaping project for us involving new pathways in a sloping wood as well as more formal paths through our gardens. Stone walls as well as beautiful garden structures are being created alongside a really imaginative planting scheme. They are friendly, knowledgeable, creative, hard working, reliable, honest and a joy to have working in our home.
