N&S Supply Bath Classics

I went to N&S in August of 2019 to purchase a new vanity and shower combo. Initial purchase went fine. I ordered the items and was given a 4 week timeline. the vanity arrived first and was installed. The shower arrived in September. Due to construction delays, the plumber did not unpack the shower for install until October. It was then we discovered that one of the shower door panels was completely shattered. I immediately contacted N&S representative Camille to see what can be done. She let me know since we did not check out the shower panels upon receipt there were no exchanges or returns. However, I was given an option to order a new panel at a discounted price. That is what I did. I have waited for the new glass panel for 1.5 months. Repeatedly called Camille to check in. She brushed me off, gave me a multitude of excuses, even went as far as to tell me that she was too busy for my repeated phone calls. Finally, a couple of days before Christmas the new panel arrived... without any hardware to attach it to the rest of the shower. I once again contacted Camille. She was surprised to find out the panel did not come with hardware, and inquired why we hadn't saved the hardware from the previous busted panel. I, once again, explained the last panel was shattered and there was no way I would risk cutting myself to salvage the hardware. Shouldn't she know what pieces come with the new panel? Camille promised that she would order the hardware and it would be delivered before we came back from the planned Christmas holiday. Imagine my surprise when I discovered on January 6 that not only the hardware was not delivered, it was never ordered to begin with. It took another month to receive the hardware and finally install the shower door. I have written this long story to convey that N&S doesn't care to provide sufficient customer service, nor do they care to communicate with their customers. Please, do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere. Otherwise, your small project may take 5 months, just like mine did.
