Nautilus provide semi-annual maintenance for our house on the beach in the Charleston area. They inspect the house every six months, provide a list of suggested services and give us a competitive fee quote. They are extremely courteous, pro-active, responsive, and diligent. We could not be happier with the level of service provided.

We were having a problem with our hardwood floors cupping. Bill came out and crawled around under our house. He advised us on the proper fix for our problem. We were able to use his professional knowledge to go back to our original builder and get them to fix the problem once and for all. Bill was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We would trust him and his team to do any repairs or remodeling on our home. We are extremely picky on who we have work in our home. Nautilus is a keeper!

Nautilus has truly been a blessing to us. We were bold enough to buy a 6000 sq foot 2nd home on a 1 acre lot with a dock...and in hind sight were not prepared and had no clue what it took to maintain a low country home on the water. From renovation to maintainence..from roof to pool deck to dock to appliances to interior design to bathroom addition...we have done it all with Nautilus. And one could easily get addicted to their conceirge services...from putting together christmas toys to stocking the fridge for arrival to fueling up the boat and to even being available to drive the boat for us to wake board. I just wish they built our home.
