About Us

Ed Zach started out in 1978 selling to contractors from a mobile office in his car. During the past 35 years, that business has grown. In May 1979, Ed Zach opened a permanent store, E-Z Kitchens, 715 S. Burlington Ave. He sold the company to his son, Dave Zach, in 1984. Ed continued working for the company until 1990 when he retired. E-Z Kitchens expanded into Norfolk in the early 1990s. In 1994 E-Z Kitchens - Hastings moved into a new building at its current location, 2115 West 2nd Street Hastings NE. In 1999 EZ Kitchens - Norfolk moved into its current location, 1200 S 7th St. We’ve worked hard to build a business on Honesty, Integrity and Service to accommodate all of our customers needs.
