We had a great experience with our designer Kate (Sensitive Information Hidden). Our bathroom remodel turned out beautiful! Kate was very helpful in the design process. She understood exactly what we wanted. We were very happy with the quality of the materials and work. Kate and Dan were available to answer any questions any time. Chris was also helpful in planning the project. We felt secure that they were doing all the right things and we had confidence throughout the process.

It was a great pleasure working with Merri Ao. I am thrilled with the results of my beautiful kitchen/dining room.

My husband and I just remodeled our kitchen. We were referred to Norfolk Kitchen and Bath by a friend who recently updated her kitchen as well. We worked with Soni Hanjra in the Nashua NH location. Soni met with us, listened to what we were looking for and designed our new kitchen for us. He made the process from beginning to end a wonderful experience! Just wanted to thank NKB (Braintree) for an excellent experience in my renovation of my kitchen and master bath. It started with my designer Richard who walk me through the entire process, renovating a unit in condominium can have its unique challenges. Richard presented to me multiple designs based on budget and the latest trends. The next step was meeting my project manger Scott who discussed the schedule and his subcontractors’ experiences and expectations. Scott was very patient and understanding with my work schedule and my multiple questions about the project. And lastly the NKB carpenters Mentor and Jonathan was so professional as master cabinet installers which greeted me friendly “Hi” and went over the work to be performed that day. Soni Hanjra was my kitchen designer at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath, and I can say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish working with the entire team from design, ordering, scheduling, delivery drivers and installation carpenters. Soni is a great listener, knowledgeable, sincere and courteous. I put my trust in him from day 1 and so thankful that I did! His attention to detail is impeccable, he loves what he does. The result is a kitchen layout that is so efficient and elegant. He is a true professional, follows through with his promises and responses in a timely manner, helps with connecting to other suppliers and guides you through the process to ensure you get the best quality within your budget and timeline. He was in touch through the entire process and the follow up customer service he provided was second to none. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath for professional planning and quality service on all remodeling jobs. Darby Kominick was the designer for my kitchen remodel and she did a fantastic job. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me to make the right decisions on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and hardware. She came to my home to make sure measurements were exact and responded right away to my phone calls and emails. She even went above and beyond to offer advice and photos for lighting. Darby is extremely knowledgeable and has tons of experience as a designer. I am so glad I made the decision to work with NKB and appreciate the personalized service that Darby provided.

My husband and I worked with Stephen Marchese at the Framingham location and could not of had a better experience, he truly is one of a kind! We finally have the kitchen we have alwalys dreamed of. I work in the commercial construction industry but had never designed my own kitchen and Stephen walked me through every step of the process to ensure no detail was missed. Stephen met with us at our home on multiple occasions during the design process to measure, layout and review the design in our space to make sure it was exactly what we were envisioning. We ordered the cabinets prior to demoing the old kitchen and a large dividing wall, so of course we found several "surprises" and one of them was a hidden fire wall! Stephen came right out and came up with a design to work this surprise into our new kitchen. He went back to his office and drew up a hand sketch to show me exactly what he was thinking and, in the end, it came out perfectly. He really listened to how we use our kitchen on a daily basis and reviewed each cabinet, piece of hardware and additional options in detail to ensure that we knew exactly what we were getting and that it would function the way we intended. He was great in helping me with picking the finishes for the cabinets and the hardware. I can't make a decision to save my life and once he met with us, he knew our style and was able to suggest beautiful colors for the kitchen. We ended up picking Hale Navy for the island and Heron Plume for the base and wall cabinets. He offered great advice on the appliances, lighting, countertops, backsplash, window trim and everything in between. When our installer had questions as they all do, Stephen was readily available to come out and assist him. I waited many years to finally build our dream kitchen and I can't think of one thing we would have done differently and I credit all of the success to Stephen and his wealth of knowledge in designing kitchens. I honestly can't say enough good things about Stephen and Norfolk as a company. Everyone that has walked in our house since the kitchen was installed has been "wowed"! We have already recommended him to our friends who are putting in a new kitchen and will continue to recommend him.

We worked with Anne Marie Diamond at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath Framingham to design the kitchen of our dreams!! Anne Marie went above and beyond to really listen to us and then translate it into a design that exceeded our expectations!! Everything from the cabinet style and color - to the layout - to the hardware on the cabinets - we felt like we were working with a world-class interior designer, with the finest attention to detail!! Anne Marie is professional, highly responsive, intuitive, and and just a super nice person!! And our builder who installed our cabinets agreed, saying she was the best he had ever worked with!! We cannot thank you enough Anne Marie!!

I ordered the wet bar cabinets from Norfolk Ketchen&Bath at Salem, NH. The project was well-orgnized by NKB with on-time delivery and installation, although the manufacturer shipped out some wrong parts that finally delayed the completion of whole project. Most of the empolyees are patient, friendly and professional.

We did our kitchen design with Kimberly who worked with us to accommodate an island in our rather tight space. Our contractor did the cabinet install. However today we had Tom and Tyler out to do some final punch list items. They were both very professional and worked with us to take care of some remaining issues. One door was warped and they brought the replacement to change it out. They found the replacement door to be warped as well so will reorder for us. We also had some areas where we had a sheen from the material used to fill nail holes. They reached out to other installers, went out to get materials to use to cut the sheen, and resolved the issue.

Lee and Nick came here on time! Went above and beyond to finish up my kitchen. They were very personable and professional. I would recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to anyone who needs a kitchen or bath remodel. They always were following up and helpful.

Norfolk (Nashua) and Soni: an excellent team! I needed a small kitchen in a tight space, so I immediately thought of Soni! I had worked with Soni in the past for a significant kitchen upgrade, and he actually "created space" (is that even possible?). The upgrade has been great, both in appearance and functionality, so I brought my new requirements to Soni at Norfolk. His experience and imagination resulted in an excellent design, and Norfolk installed a finished product which has exceeded expectations. And yes, Soni "created space" yet again (I guess it is indeed possible). I found that it was important let Soni's imagination work for me. Even when I was certain that I "knew" how the final design had to be, listening to Soni and trusting his judgement proved to be the right move for both projects!
