Detroit Tubs

Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place, or you will be sorry! They do horrible garbage work and they don't care to fix it after you pay them. I WILL NEVER USE Detroit Tub again!

This company is not licensed or qualified to perform a bath remodel. They charged me $13,000, didn't finish the job, took the money and ran. The work they did perform was not up to code and had embarrassing craftsmanship. They sell fake marble bath inserts but pretend to perform bath remodels too. They are a scam!

I had some warranty work on a tub liner installed by this company. The original install from 2015 was not done correctly resulting in a cracked tub. It took months to get someone to look at my tub liner that was cracked, then when someone came out to inspect it I was told it would be fixed under warranty. 2 months go by with no calls to schedule the work, got a hold of the owner and he wanted proof that someone came out because acrylic tubs don't crack. It took a few more months to finally get the warranty work done except a corner shelf was missing. This was December 2017. It's now April 2018 and I had to contact the supplier to get my corner shelf and pay to have it installed out of pocket because according to the owner he needed to reorder the part and it would take a month to schedule it. Still have water pressure issues that were also supposed to be fixed on 3/17/18 but his guy was a no show. I don't know if they are even licensed to do plumbing work because the plumber I had come out to look at the water pressure problem said there were several issues with how the connections were made for the shower pipes. Caulking work was shoddy as well. Look at all the other negative reviews before even thinking about using this company. They don't return voicemail and don't respond to email.
