I called about a service issue and talked to Erin. They did not sell the gas log brand that I had so she explained that they might not have the parts however she directed me to the people I should call. Then she gave me a few tips that might allow me to fix the problem myself and they worked. Erin saved us a lot of time and money and was a pleasure to talk to. I will call her again when I need any future products

North Texas Chimney & Hearth is an excellent establishment to buy a high end fireplace. Sales manager Erin Colson was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of options. She recommended an excellent general contractor to remove our existing chimney and fireplace, and do the framing for the new fireplace we selected. They were very helpful in working around our schedule in ordering and delivering the new fireplace, and very professional in doing the initial installation and ducting, and then the final installation after we had the tile work completed around the new fireplace. The end result is a beautiful new, energy efficient fireplace that enhances the value of our home, will lower energy costs, and keep us warm in the winter in the event of power outages. I highly recommend their products and services.

Wonderful service. I recently went from a standard fireplace to gas. The technicians were punctual, personable, and professional at the same time. The customer service was equally appreciated! We had to put off installation 2X yet they were helpful and accommodating and they followed up on the job when it was done. The job itself was done beautifully and they cleaned up so that my husband couldn't tell that they had been there until he saw our wonderful upgrade! I have recommended this company to many of my friends and some strangers as well.

They replaced my old irreparable gas fireplace with a Mendota Fullview gas fireplace with accent lights and a blower. This fireplace looks like a real wood fire and puts out so much heat. Looking forward to a cold winter to use it! Very professional sales staff and installation crew!

Excellent company to work with! From start to finish, every question was answered, & directed us to all options from low end to high end. No pressure sales. All work was done in time as quoted. Very friendly staff. Very conscientious of keeping area clean during and after install. Also recommended a company to do the finishing brick work that we wanted that was very helpful. Definitely recommend North Texas Chimney & Hearth for their expertise and friendliness. I can't say enough about how pleased we were.

They did a total demolition of my fireplace and replaced the Austin stone with stack stone. They removed the vent free gas fireplace and installed a Lennox wood burning insert with blower. They had to vent the fireplace with the proper pipe. Now if we have a power outage the fireplace will heat the house. They were very professional and knowledgeable and the fireplace looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company!
