I bought all my furniture from Nova Interiors. I just moved to Boston from Chicago. I gave away all my furniture in Chicago, which means I was in need of all new things. A friend suggested Nova. I checked the website first, before I went in person. I had an idea already, what I was going to buy. Let me tell you, the suggestions and color choices presented to me, change my mind completely. My favorite is the red chair, LOVE IT. Since I had a big order, I got a nice discount as well. Believe me moving is expensive, the discount was handy. Everything arrived on the day I requested, beside the coffee table. Since it was a popular item, I had to wait another week. I would recommend Nova Interiors to my friends.

I've got an excellent experience with this company. The stuff at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. They found me the furniture that met all my needs and the price limit I had. The delivery was made promptly. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the service. I would definetly come back and would recommend this store.

We purchased LUNA SECTIONAL BY SUNSET from them. It came on time and the guys who assembled it where extremely polite. They did an excellent job! I adore the sectional! It is so easy to clean what is especially important when you have kids. It fits great into our living room. I'll sure order something else from them and highly recommend this company

Absolutely amazing. We just bought a new bedroom set from Novainteriors, and had great experience from the minute we walked into the store. The person who was helping us was actually the owner of the store, his name is Vitali. He helped us to chose the right color and design that would fit our bedroom. He told us it would take about a week or so for delivery; the bedroom set was delivered 5 days after we placed the order. Vitali came to delivery as well to ensure that everything was done properly and we are satisfied with our purchase. We got the best quality bedroom set at a good price, and the Service is amazing. highly recommend this seller

I have recently purchased a bedroom set from NOVA's and had one of the best experiences so far, both with the product as well as with customer service. If you are looking for great quality and unique modern design this is the place to go!!! I am a big fan of contemporary styles in home interior design and this place definitely has a great variety of products to offer. One thing I really liked about this place is that while walking around the store and checking out the furniture I did not feel pressured to buy anything - I did not have 5 sales people jumping at me trying to sell me something. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, and not pushy at all. The set that I picked had to be back-ordered and it was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, but I actually received it in 3 weeks. The delivery went great too, so I am very happy. I am very glad I went and checked out this store. Definitely coming back next time I decide to buy a new piece of furniture! I would highly recommend NOVA's to everybody!!!!

STAY AWAY-DON'T GO - I met with Owner Vitali at his store in Danvers, MA in Nov. 2013. I told him I was furnishing a brand new white and gray condo. He recommended a dining set that would be beautiful in white. He seemed very nice, and he even came to my home on a Fri. afternoon to deliver and set it up. I instantly was disappointed that 2 white dining chairs had defects. I was also upset that the supposedly white glass table looked very green. In response to my concerns, Vitali said he would return on Monday with new chairs. He also said perhaps different bulbs in the room would make the dining table look white. Since it was dusk and the lighting was not bright, I figured I'd see how it looked the following day. I paid Vitali by check since up to that point he seemed to be professional, he agreed to bring me back new chairs on Mon, and I had agreed to pay him at delivery. Unfortunately, Vitali never returned with my new chairs nor did he ever respond to my asking him if there were any other options for tables since my table looked very green in the light, and I was going for a gray and white look. I emailed, texted and called Vitali numerous times and he never returned or responded to me in any way. So, I am left with two defective chairs and am disappointed to have a green looking table. Minimally, he should have exchanged the two defective chairs. I am now pursuing the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection, etc. to prevent Nova Interior in Danver, MA, or Owner Vitali, from deceiving any future customers. STAY AWAY!
