I used these folks for a pool and patio remodel and I was so pleased I had them come back and do additional work. If I come up with more work, I will use them again.

Leon and his team did an awesome job on our backyard renovation. They built an amazing outdoor kitchen, covered patio, and re-paved our pool deck. They were courteous, timely, and always forgiving when we wanted to make a change on the fly. Leon knows his stuff and was always helpful when we had tough decisions to make. I highly recommend Pool & Patio Design and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We highly recommend Pool & Patio Design. Leon the owner was very helpful in creating the modern look we envisioned. Our renovation consisted of patio flooring, automated pool equipment, retiling and resurfacing the pool and remodeling the summer kitchen. Leon and his team were friendly, professional, responsive, and respectful. We are very pleased with the renovation and with Pool & Patio Design – 5 stars!

Excellent! Pool and Patio Design did a fantastic job on my pool and patio remodel. We went from a drab painted concrete patio to a beautiful travertine space. The pool was completely resurfaced and looks terrific. Very easy to work with, easy payment plan, courteous, hard workers and competitive pricing.

Quick, affordable, friendly and meticulous! They even worked on my project the day before the hurricane because they knew it had to be done. I can't say any other company would have done that. A++!

Pool & Patio Design did excellent job of refinishing our pool. Leon was very professional from the begining to end of the job. The first time we met, within 30 minutes he had a qoute that was very detailed and accurate. It was a pleasure working with Leon and the different crews that work for him.

From the first meeting with Leon my experience was great, his description of the work to be performed and pricing were great. His guys showed up on time and cleaned up when finished. The quality was better than I expected. I would recommend to anyone looking.

Not good. We hired this company under a different name at the time (Oceans Remodeling Group, Inc; renaming a company should be a red flag). Our very expensive pool repair and travertine patio deck tile job is sub-par at best. The extended deck is sinking and of course their multi-page small print lawerly contact says warranty is only 2 years on sinking and settling. Add to that, the stains on the newly diamond brite surface are horrible; they want more money to make that right. These are just two of the problems that we had.

Please see your email attached this job was done five years ago. We warrantee sinking and settling for two years. Although you don’t agree with that as we can tell by your threatening email we offered you to do the work at cost and now you write nasty reviews so one sided and you leave out all the information for person reading your review to make their own judgment knowing all the details. As for your pool finish we do not service your pool. I ask you for chemical logs but you said you did not have any. It is clearly evident this is a chemical related issue once again we offered you a solution at our cost. As a business owner I don’t know what else to offer you besides my help at my cost. Per the guidelines of the contract you are out of warranty.

Hello,
You installed our travertine and remodeled our pool in 2012 and you did so as Oceans RG at the time. We have informed you that the pavers have settled un-evenly and are now a danger to walk on. In 2 weeks we will hire a contractor to do the repairs even though we feel strongly that is something you should be doing for us free of charge. Note that you have come out to our location and informed us that we would have to pay to repair your shoddy installations!

This is only one of the problems we had with your work and so we are giving you final notice that we will be writing detailed reviews of your business on Yelp, Angie's List, Google+, BBB, etc to warn other potential customers what they might expect from your pool resurfacing and pacer installation services.

We are not interested in any back and forth as to who is to blame we are only interested in hearing that you agree it's your responsibility and that you make it a high priority to make it right by August 15.

I am amazed frankly that I have to resort to sending you this message.

This is the 2nd pool renovation we have done with Oceans Remodeling. The current remodel was very large. The pool was completely demolished, reworked and rebuilt. We significantly enlarged the pool, the deck, reworked the summer kitchen and added a firepit. It was a very large project and took quite a few months to complete. The entire time we were always able to speak to Leon, the owner of Oceans, at any time and he was always on the site if there was any question on our part. He is very creative and changing things as we went along never caused a problem for him. His subcontractors are very professional and extremely neat. We never were left with a mess at the end of the day. We would use Oceans Remodeling a third time if we decide to move again!
