As ludicrous as most 1 start reviews we all see splattered across sites such as this. We were contracted to paint the walls throughout a house that had recently been remodeled. I should have turned down the work when Patty began trying to cut corners by having us exclude any drywall repairs and ceilings to keep the price down. When we ran into areas where the drywall was not ready to paint, we had to halt production while we waited for a family member to come in to do the repairs for free instead of us doing them. When we finished the job, Patty suddenly began insisting that we were supposed to have painted the ceilings, and she began demanding that we return to do drywall repairs and repaint entire walls. I would not allow my good nature to be taken advantage of, I put my foot down and referred Patty to the contract to indicate we were complete with our work. I paid for standing up for myself and my company by having to deal with this slander. It's one of the downsides of owning a business :/
