Organics Out Back is Southern California’s premier, organic backyard farming and residential landscape design and construction services company. Our focus is on environmental awareness and sustainability practices. Chris and team helped take our yard to the next level. He has a good eye for design and knows plants! He worked through some challenging aspects and also took the time to add little touches here and there to really make the yard an enjoyable place for me and my family. He also has been available to help with any small issues that came up post-installation. Super great guy to work with and would recommend him to anyone who wants to create their own backyard (and front yard) retreat!

The level of care and flexibility that went into our job was second to none. Coming from a construction background I have never worked with someone as great at Chris and his team at Organics Out Back. There is nothing negative anyone can say about Organics Out Back. They simply provide a great product and provide anything you want and desire in your garden. They give great ideas to make. your garden beautiful. They can make it, plant it, maintain it and harvest it, if needed. Organics Out Back is one company you will not regret hiring. I truly recommend them for jobs out back.

I had a wonderful experience with Organics Out Back! Growing my own vegetable garden was one of those projects that seemed an almost impossible dream for a beginner such as me. Chris and his right hand, Mario, came over to my house and in a matter of days, custom-built beautiful cedar boxes and got me started with lettuces, herbs, beans, peppers, squash and tomatoes. Chris gave me the confidence that I could do this and it has been such a rewarding learning experience. I can't wait for my first harvest!

Chris and the team helped out a ton. We have a bigger lot, and it has different spaces/challenges. They did an amazing job to tie the front yard, along with the backyard and pool area to fit our Palm Springs/Mid-Century look. They used some cool materials, like yellow cactus, Aloe Trees, etc. Picked out some really good looking olive trees. The design w/ custom washed concrete and walk-way was done very well, and helped us out a ton since the project was overwhelming at the beginning. The guys worked hard and were respectful with the house. We would recommend them in the future.

Thank you to Chris Garcia and his team for a great job on Phase 1! We had a such a bad experience with our last landscaper so we were very cautious. Everything looks great, his team showed up on time and completed the project within the projected time. His design ideas were great and within our budget. We look forward to working with Organics Out Back in the future.

I noted the work of Organics Out Back at a home that was being flipped near us. I loved the design aesthetic, clean yet warm, with a true clarity of the vision for the overall design. I called Chris Garcia the owner and he came out to give an estimate. We had some delays on our end and had to downsize our landscape budget due to other renovation costs, but Chris was very amenable working with us on our project. He sought ways to lessen the cost, but not impact the design-smaller plants, simplifying the design etc. I told him I wanted a welcoming front yard. As we are renovating a small 1965 San Clemente track home I wanted to go for what I called clutter free cottage. Something inviting, but not too sappy. He got it. We could not be happier and our neighbors too as the house and yard were a bit of a mess when we bought it. Chris's crew was dependable, courteous and always left the work site clean. They were very conscientious in not blocking our small cul de sac. I would highly recommend Chris and his crew at Organics Out Back.

They are completely committed to producing exactly what was envisioned for the project and will always offer insight into where and why certain plants should or shouldn't be planted. They are concerned about every detail and will only be finished once everyone is happy.
