I ordered $5,500 worth of appliances through them via Best Buy which included a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. I was told by Best Buy that I would not have to put anything down to protect my floors because the deliverymen would use belts to install the appliances. That did not happen. They ended up rolling the fridge into my house. They also lost a door handle screw when unpacking the fridge in my garage. The delivery guy said he'd "enter it into the system." He did not. I called the Best Buy rep and told him about it. He said the earliest he could get someone out to fix it was 5 days later. That never happened. On that 5th day, returned to Best Buy and waited there 30 minutes as I watched them wait on hold with Pacific Sales. Rescheduled for 6 days later. Told them there was no screw and to bring a screw for the handle. 6 days later, they arrived WITH NO SCREW so they could do nothing. Went to Best Buy and asked that they provide me the screw from a floor model so i could do this myself, and they refused. It was perfectly acceptable for me to have a janky fridge for 10+ days, but not them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ordered me a screw and I'm not waiting on it to be delivered. They couldn't even deliver it to my house. Had to be to Best Buy. They said they'd call me when it came in, but do you think they will? Doubt it.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was promised delivery through a purchase at Best Buy and during my delivery window I received a call stating that the driver left because we were not home. They stated the driver took a photo of my "brown" door with my address confirming a tag was left. I then informed them that my door is green and that the driver was on the wrong street. They then refused to turn the truck around to complete delivery even though there was still 5 hours left in my delivery window. After an hour of repeating my situation to Pacific Sea customer service, I was informed by their Supervisor Thomas that he would not have the truck come back to complete the install because I was not home and even after repeating to him ten times that the driver went to the wrong home he still refused to fulfill the install. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can't even cancel the purchase until they return to their warehouse tonight to check the alliances back into the system! I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Best Buy again as long as they continue to use Pacific Sales as their local delivery team. Guess I will have to take my $2000 purchase elsewhere.... that is when their system allows me to return it!

When my clients decided they needed an outdoor kitchen, we went to Pacific Sales. The team was most helpful. The coordinated the delivery and installation. It was a great experience. I can't wait to work with them again.
