I have a beautiful kitchen floor! The crew was very professional on the the first day. With no management present the second day, the crew was more than an hour late and seemingly didn't work efficiently. A simple phone call resolved the problem. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I will use Paradigm again to do my bathroom floors.

I hired Paradigm to fix some wood floors that had been water damaged in my home. Not only were they extremely easy to work with, and did the work within the time frame I required, they did a wonderful job. I would work with Paradigm anytime I need floor work in the future.

We had already decided we wanted Coretec flooring for a walk-in closet and adjacent laundry room, and a basement bathroom. Next we needed to find experienced and competent installers. I found Paradigm Interiors by searching for installers certified by the manufacturer. My inquiry produced an instant response from Allison Beckham, Sales Manager. She is knowledgable, responsive, articulate, and efficient. Her quote was very competitive (compared to Carpet Exchange). Our contractor encouraged us to use Paradigm as well. He had not used them in the past but was equally impressed with their delivery of product and services. We were so pleased with the CoreTec experience that we asked Allison to bid on carpet for the full basement, stairs and dining room. Allison answered all of our questions with professionalism, grace, and patience. (I kept changing my mind on the carpet.) Jeff Flowers, Product Manager came out ahead of both installations to ensure all measurements were correct and sub flooring was ready. Jason ( I think was his name), did an excellent and clean job of installing the CoreTec. The carpet crew was experienced at laying a carpet with a pattern for minimal wastage. They also were friendly and clean and worked past "working hours" to get the job done. Matt Budler, Owner, also came out to see the job. Paradigm worked well with our contractor and the project schedule. Allison has continued to provide excellent customer service after the fact when I needed some help getting a stain out of the carpet that was completely our fault. I give Paradigm the highest recommendation!

We did not actually receive any services from Paradigm as they could never give us a real quote. We had an initially meeting where we were given general costs for renevating 3 bathrooms, a mudroom, and Laundry room. After they did a site visit, the "quote" received had no information and was 3 times higher than what they lead us to believe it would be. After numerous emails asking for clarification on costs, we eventually learned it was their policy not to provide any information beyond the total cost. Now, we're back to square one and weeks behind on our project. It was a complete bait and switch.

Allison was great to work with especially since we had a smaller job. A few of the install managers (forgot their name sorry) came out as well to inspect the job with Allison and ensure that I was happy. Great service and follow up!

After reviewing 2 other bids, my husband and I chose to have Paradigm Interiors refinish our living room and upstairs bedrooms, hardwood floors. They turned out beautifully. Paradigm Interiors is a great company for all of your flooring needs. We had 3 bathrooms completely redone along with new wood floors. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and there service men did a wonderful job, very neat!!! I was so happy with the job I had them do another one for me!!
