Patios, Pots & Pergolas

One trick ponies but will tell you otherwise. We asked Charlie and his team to redo our garden path, construct a pergola over our patio, with roofing, and to build an outdoor kitchen area. Charlie quoted us and assured us they could do all of the work. 9 weeks into a 4 week job, we have an incomplete path (which they dug up and promptly just left incomplete), a patio roof that leaks, and incomplete electricals for the kitchen area. We couldn't be more disappointed with the outcome. Charlie and his sons were difficult to work with, often clocking off at 11:30am and swore at our neighbour when she asked them to lower their music. When we asked when they would return to complete the job, they instructed us to find other contractors, foregoing a third of the amount owed, along with a bunch of their materials. Never so much as even an apology. It was clear that apart from the pergola (without roof) they had no idea what they were doing. The roofing specialist we subsequently got in has said the work that was done was poor and that the roof needs to be removed and redone with different materials. Incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
