Patricia Dunn, CLD, AOLCP, is an award-winning landscape designer and owner of Sabrina Design in Greenwich, CT. Patricia served as the landscape designer for two home renovation projects featured in the April/May and May/June 2017 issues of New England Home magazine. Patricia has been working with homeowners in Fairfield and Westchester Counties for more than a decade. She is a landscape designer of choice for large suburban property renovations where she works closely with architects and interior designers. Three years ago my husband and I decided to renovate our home . It was determined ,however, that there was nothing to salvage and hence the house was ripped down and the majority of existing landscape was destroyed . Right from the get go, Patty came to the rescue with the first of many terrific recommendations that we transplant our beloved Japanese maple to the backyard during the building . Three years later, our tree is once in full regalia and bringing constant joy as a reminder of our 30 + years on Nantucket . Once they house was built , Patty designed a marvelous plan incorporating my love of English gardens and symmetrical beds . She salvaged the majority of our boxwood hedges and incorporated them into the new design . The plantings were all white and made a stunning statement, particularly the four hydragena (sp?) trees, one of each was placed in each of the four quadrants . Patty was easy to work with, had a limitless knowledge of the proper plantings for our sector and was familiar with all types of paving and hardscape . As the garden matures, my husband and I derive a tremendous amount of pleasure each time we look upon the garden . In addition Patty's selection of perennials and annuals have made it easy for me to maintain . She worked exceedingly well with the landscapers and the crew who installed all rock walls and paving . I highly recommend Patty to you and rate her A+

I have worked with Patricia Dunn and Sabrina Design for more than 5 years and have always had the highest praise for their professional skills, creative design and above all their continued monitoring of the project after it has been completed..Patricia is a knowledgeable lady and makes landscaping very simple and easy for the client to comprehend..She obviously loves her work and brings that love and enthusiasm to every project she has done for me. I might add that I get numerous compliments from my neighbors who also enjoy looking at Patricia's creative work..In closing I would not hesitate to recommend Sabrina Design to anyone who is looking for creative design and landscaping for their home..In the event that I had to participate in a survey of Sabrina Design's work, I would give them the highest ratings possible..

I found Sabrina design to be extremely professional in every way. I'm not a plant expert and don't know Latin names of plants that I love. It helped me tremendously to explain the colours that I like to have in my garden and what type of plants that make me feel happy to the experts of Sabrina's design. They understood my direction and was able to provide the perfect garden for me and my husband.

Over the last 10 plus years we have worked with Patricia Dunn on numerous projects in Wellesley, Massachusetts and on Eastern Long Island, in Quogue New York. Working with Patricia is a pleasure. She is creative, very collaborative and easily works within her clients requirements. She started and finished the two jobs on time, plans out her projects in detail and is fiscally responsible. In addition Patricia's plant material was of the very highest quality. All in all she is the consumate professional.

Patty is the best of the best. I have used Patty for 15 years and she is amazing. She is creative, hard working, knowledgable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using Patty for any landscaping job...her use of colors and knowledge of plants is superior to anyone I have ever known. She has transformed my property in every way.

Patty Dunn, the creator of Sabrina Design, is a landscaping genius. Patty took my "shabby" yard and created a beyond charming vista, on all four sides! She reused many old plantings which had been lost and struggling and relocated them to the proper place for sun, shade and design balance. Then she sprinkled in fresh plantings which open the house and windows to light and symmetry. In her design she combined texture and color with the "green" plantings (such as boxwood and arborvitae) as well as with flowering plants (four types of hydrangea, spirea and perennials). The result is that in every season my yard will have some color as well as texture. I have learned from Patty that front plantings need to stay small so as not to block the windows - to accent the house but not bury the house - and Patty knows exactly what planting to put where. The creative landscape design wheels are always turning as she hatches the plan. The transformation of my yard is amazing. Thank you, Patty!!!
