I bought a house with Paul representing the Seller. Soon after, I needed Paul's assistance with solving an issue. Paul was very unprofessional and totally unresponsive. His business is merely transactional and not supportive, and I do not recommend.

Paul educated me, showed patience, met me at any property I wanted to see, updated me with new information, looked out for my interests, and ultimately helped me find a home that was a perfect fit. I was also impressed with his broader network which included lenders, general contractors, attorneys, designers, and architects. So as a first-time homebuyer, I really didn't know what to expect from the whole process. I went to a bunch of open houses and met a bunch of realtors and learned pretty quickly how greeeeezy they can be (I had them pegged right along with meter maids and lawyers)...then I met Paul. My first encounter with him was at a waterfront property in East Boston and his frank and open approach won me over immediately. My thing was that I wanted to search for "unique" properties; conversions, lofts, one-of-a-kinds, and as it turned out, that's Paul's specialty. Paul immediately had me looking for places that were in my budget and definitely like things I have never seen before. He wasn't happy until I was happy. One of the great things I founds was that Paul "just gets it". He is a down to earth guy who is from the area and knows all of the neighborhoods and cities in Boston and where and what to look for. I work in healthcare so I am always keeping up to date with the most current industry news-Paul is the same way. He knows what is being developed and what is coming on the market as well as where to avoid. As I write this review, I am sitting my own EXTREMELY unique loft, and frankly, it is all thanks to Paul. I am grateful for his attention to detail, his humor and personality, and most importantly, his dedication to customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend him without reservation.
