Absolute Rubbish. Do NOT deal with these people. I have never seen anything like it EVER! Absolute Rubbish It wasn't until the day their stone subbies came to site measure for the stone we were told the stone we'd selected months before hand, in writing, wasn't available. Following it up myself, (because Ace decided to take the money, make up a story and run!!) it seems they never made the order with the stone people. IT's all in writing they can't deny it. Everyone stuffs up but these blokes tried to tell me that's how the industry works. They seriously tried to tell me you can order stone, they'll take your money for it, but you won't know until the day whether thats what you'll get. No apology nothing just the owner trying to get that dumb story to fly and insisting that's how the stone market works in Brisbane in 2024. That's only half the problems with the kitchen it's a joke and a very poor taste joke at that. The cabinetry is damaged by them attempting to remove whatever they spilt on it, and I have a report from a qbcc inspector with 30 years joinery experience himself, to prove it. Anyone who is in any doubt is welcome to contact me about this pathetic so called contractor and I'll provide all the evidence you need as to why you shouldn't deal with them. Oh yes they like to talk about their bikkie mates. The installer, (the owners brother), started gobbing off about all his bikkie mates while installing the cabinets. Obviously he was already aware everything was irreparably damaged and was trying to PRE stand over us. Do yourself, your family, and your wallet a favour and don't even talk to these people. The above is only the start there's lots more. I've never seen anything like these people they should get put on tv or something. As I have stated, what I'm saying is the truth and I have all the evidence to prove it. Very obviously incompetent and dishonest. The reviews for this company are obviously manufactured or co erced. This is not a 5 start contractor it is a zero star using dishonesty and stand over tactics to veil their incompetence.
