I would one-hundred percent recommend this company. Knowledgable, dependable, and fair. Communicates with you throughout the project, shows up on time and does quality work. In short, just a great experience working with Paul's Glass Company. I hire many contractors each year and this was my best experience in a while.

Paul come to my home, make measurements my shower. Take deposit check. After unswerving some my guestions he make desision drop the job don’t even say me any thing. Didn’t unswer phone 2 days. When I call him from different number he unswer the phone and hang up again. Then he send me text, he drop my deposit check in my mail box. Very happy he didn’t do job for me! Can you imagine if something happen after he finish job, he probably never come back to fix his problems!!!

Paul installed our shower doors and tub enclosure. He did a very professional job and left both baths clean and neat! He also just installed a glass top on my husbands new desk. We would highly recommend his work. He is not only pleasant and friendly but completed the jobs on time

The work had Paul started was phenomenal to be honest. The guy does good work. My wife and I outfitted our home with starfire shower doors and some bathroom mirrors which all came out great and was not cheap. However....Paul's timeliness to follow through and finish the job is where he failed miserably. We have a hall bath that does not have a wall mirror which i hired him to do. More than 6 months have gone by and he still has not finished. I got a call from him a month ago advising that the mirror arrived but it broke and so he was waiting to get it again. After he receives it he said he would give us a call to finish....and I have not heard from him since. Not only have i left multiple voicemails for him I have also left numerous texts asking politely when he was going to finsh. Did he respond? NOPE. Has not returned ANY of our calls or texts as if he just disappeared. Figured to finish the job was a waste of his time and he has made his money so onto the next. When the job starts out he is super responsive and then when you pay the guy he is onto his next project. Couldnt care less about your concerns. He also told me he warranties all his stuff to which i need some work done and he hasnt responded on that front as well. He has made his money on me and I am meaningless. That is NOT what customer service is about. I am truly disappointed with him and his company and how they handled this.

Paul was recommended to us by our contractor Jay Quin, we hired Paul after reading reviews posted on this website. Paul was precise in his measurements and gave a comprehensive estimate of the work to be performed. He was also price competitive. We had the bathroom renovated and removed the bathtub choosing a walk in shower with frameless walls. Paul's work was a precision installation, fitting the glass against the edge of a dormer. Based on his excellent performance, we hired him for an additional glass replacement project.

Paul's Glass provided our frameless shower door that we have installed over a bathtub. I had a lot of questions because our bathroom is tight space; Paul was very knowledgeable and patient. He is prompt, professional and very detail-oriented. The door not only looks great but the measurements were spot on - it fits perfectly even where it is notched over a chair-rail tile. I would absolutely recommend them.
