The Cantons built our home about 6 years. We love out home in The Landings. Pete was easy to work with and stands behind their work.

My name is Gina Hurvitz, I had the experience of building a home with canton custom builders. It was a wonderful experience they are very dedicated and wonderful people to work with extremely trustworthy. They are knowledgeable Beyond belief and were there every day on site to make sure everything was up to their standards which are high I hold them in very high regard I would recommend them to any one considering building a home. They went way beyond any expectations I had of them on top of that I was treated as though I was the most important client knowing all too well they had other projects but that’s what it is about them they make sure that you know you’re treated as number one. Their reputation is important to them and it shows they are upstanding people and very honest and trustworthy and I felt good about working with them I had wonderful peace of mind every night when I went to bed. It’s two years later I’m in my wonderful house, which I love and I know if I ever need them for anything I can pick up the phone and call. If anybody’s doing a renovation or a building these are the people you should call. The building process was very good. Unfortunately, the detail work in the finishing was substandard. We went with a polished concrete floor which was of poor craftsmanship and looked nothing like the originally planned floor. There were large cracks, pitting, uneven finish, and aggregate showed throughout the floor which was not supposed to happen. Unfortunately, the builder was not willing to fix to our satisfaction and a warranty claim was warranted. Also, our projected exceeded the time limit and required a lot of management on our part to get things done.
