Joe Romanowski was familiar with all phases of repairing our roof and siding as well as renovating our upstairs bath. His workers were prompt, clean and friendly. Joe was at the house every day while work was being done. His fee was very reasonable, and the work was impeccable.

Phoenix Construction renovated a downstairs bathroom consisting of paneled walls, insulation, floor and fixtures, plumbing and lighting. They suggested the insulation since it was an outside wall and the room was cold. Since it was a small bathroom Joe suggested a pocket door which added extra room to the bathroom. The quality of the work, cleanliness and respectability of the workers were all excellent. Prior to this job, I called upon Phoenix to replace the siding on the whole house and Joe, on his own, created artistic work around the windows to enhance the home. I would highly recommend Phoenix construction for any job. Both jobs were reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received.

I highly recommend Phoenix Construction. I was interested in having the siding and roof replaced due to aging. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Even after the work was done Joe, noticed a couple of items that were not up to his standards and made his workers correct them to his satisfaction. Once again his work was excellent and my neighbor so impressed with his work that he hired him and was as pleased with his work as well.
