We believe in creating extraordinary spaces which enhance the experience of everyday life. We spend an estimated 90 per cent of our time indoors. Because of this, our energy is focused on creating environments that are not only a joy to be in, but are beneficial to our health and well-being. We are committed to seeing this time spent inside as an opportunity; to design spaces that actively improve our daily experience. Our passion for intelligent design, architectural detail and the bold use of colour and texture has helped our work has gain recognition from leading industry publications including Wall Street Journal, Architectural Journal, The Times and Living Etc. We pursue the human connection with design; how spaces work and how they are experienced by the people who inhabit them. Founded by Rory Macpherson, Play Associates works across design platforms and disciplines, collaborating with leading architects, planners and product designers.
