PMA was the fifth contractor we met with to get an estimate to remodel our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. I knew the minute Sierra walked in the door that she's the real deal. She was the only one who was straight with us (except for the guy who turned around and walked out when he saw how small our project was lol) about what we could realistically do with our budget. No upselling or BS. And she had great ideas about ways we could cut costs, like buy an IKEA closet system ourselves and have them install it. (We did, and it looks great.) Same with bathroom fixtures. She stopped by our place often to check in on the work being done—even though she's allergic to cats and we have 3! I felt terrible for her. :) They painted and installed vinyl flooring and it looks beautiful. Sierra also gave us some really good ideas about decorating. So, they stuck to the budget AND the estimated time frame (one of the contractors worked over a weekend) of 10 days, with minimal disruption and sensitivity to our neurotic cats. Sierra also had great suggestions for our kitchen, so when we are ready to take that step PMA will be the first people we call.

Hands-down, these are the best painters. We hired them to paint our house when we purchased it. Ofir and P.M.A crow are top notch professionals. They gave us a very reasonable price and went above and beyond for us, from being infinitely patient with me as I chose colors, to dealing with a crazy floor renovation schedule. They showed up on time, day after day, and worked long hours to plaster and paint. Their work is beautiful. Plaster work was done perfectly. The painting was better than I ever could have hoped. More than that, I felt like I had an entire team on my side who loved my house as much as I did, was excited to paint it, and really wanted to make it look its best. I asked for and got excellent advice on color, finish, and quality of paints. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. They are truly the best.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Ofir and PMA I would! My wife and I needed a last minute remodeling of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and to get it done in under 90 days before our baby arrives. I was impressed by Ofir's 5-star rating and website so reached out to him and 3 other contractors we found on Houzz. From Day 1, Ofir stood out. He was the first to respond, visited us next day, was very genuine and knowledgable. His quote was comparable to others and he demonstrated the most passion for wanting to do work that makes us happy. Throughout the project Ofir personally went above and beyond for us, as we were not in town for most of the work, he often went to pickup various products and fixtures, researched for us, and was always very responsive and kept us in the loop. He strives to get you a result you're super happy with and the workmanship in his team shows. He's also open to the inevitable changes / additions that we requested as the project evolved. The project completed on time despite complexities of a condo board and we are so happy. We'll definitely work with Ofir again. I've highlighted many great things about Ofir & PMA but above all else I'd say go with them because of Ofir's character, he is such a genuine, kind, and dedicated person. We consider him a friend first and foremost now.

From the beginning Ofir was very knowledgeable of his craft. Communication was far superior to any contractor that bid on the job. He understood my vision to update a very old home but, to keep it's integrity and history. As a pet owner he was great with my dog and made sure she was able to stay comfortable during a long renovation process. I can't recommend enough.

P.M.A Renovations was outstanding the level of service was fantastic. there were issues with our plumbing and electrical so we decided to renovate the entire bathroom completely and they were very upfront about any additional issues or costs.overall it was by far the best experience I’ve had a contractor and will be more than happy to use them again in the future that they are great for people who don’t need a fancy 3-D blueprint but rather need the work done and are supplying their own materials.
