My SubZero 550 Refrigerator was not working. I called Poirier S&S for service. The callback to schedule the repair-person was prompt and cordial. The repair person showed up on the expected time. He was very professional and courteous. He went the 'extra-mile' to get the repair done, and he also provided information on preventative maintenance!!
