Daniel is a skilled craftsman, however his inability to maintain regular communication, produce within a reasonable & timely manner, and overall unprofessionalism led to our decision to let him go from this project.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job. Due to Covid-19, my wife and I have adapted to the new work-at-home setup and we needed another room/office created in our lower level. They sectioned off a part of our lower level with a single wall and pocket door. Their attention to detail is impressive. I highly recommend hiring Prava Design-Build.

This man and his compay should not be trusted. They took our money but failed to pay their contractors. We had to pay twice to resolve the legal issues. Stay away.

I hired Prava to redo my bathroom a little over 1 year ago and never wrote a review. My bathroom was just a small remodel. Even though, I felt Daniel took the time to determine what I wanted and did a meticulous job with the tiling. I am very critical, and I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The tilers were professional and respectful.

We recently had ceramic tile flooring installed in a bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. The new floor is beautiful and the workmanship is high quality! Both Daniel and Luis are great people to work with, friendly and professional. We would recommend Prava Tile to anyone needing tile installed.

Had a beautiful back splash installed in basement kitchen and in the laundry. Work is exceptional. Daniel and crew were very professional and the work and clean up very neat. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We needed tile put in around our bathroom including from the bathtub all the way up to the ceiling. They were very professional and did the job just like we had imagined it. Our schedule had to change a few times based on other projects being done on the house and Daniel was very accommodating. I would definitely use this company again and will be planning on using them for our kitchen back splash.

Installed a subway tile backsplash in kitchen Member Comments: We had a great experience with Daniel and his crew. Daniel provided an estimate the same day I contacted him. His responsiveness was fantastic. A competitor took over a week to even give me an estimate and is was $300 more than Prava's. My dad was coming in from out of town to stay at my house. Daniel squeezed me in his busy schedule to get the project done before my dad arrived. He and a colleague were even at my house until almost 8:00 pm on a Friday night to finish it in time! I emailed Daniel many times before the start of the project with questions about tile and grout color. He always got back to me immediately and gave me very good advice on colors to choose. We are thrilled with the finished project!

Prava Tile is the most down to earth and respectful company i have done jobs with. Daniel has a great install team that is knowledgeable and stays on task. He was on every job ensuring it was done properly and asked questions, he was always honest and never assumed anything that needed to be done. All the work he has done was performed correctly and in a timely manner. As a fellow contractor i highly recommend Daniel Perez (owner) to anyone looking for home remodeling projects.

We heard about Prava Luxury Tile and Stone through Angie's list. We understand how much business a deal would generate with Angie's List, so we were not surprised that it took awhile to get the project up and running. This was not a problem for us. Joe and Daniel were very polite professional, they let us know when they were coming and going. They were quick and efficient. The price of the project was great. Would definitely use again, and recommend to all our neighbors,especially because of the parting gift of a gift certificate to a spa ! What a wonderful luxurious touch. A+++ Thank you SO much. Our bathroom floor is BEATUTIFUL !
