What a joke this “company” is. Horrible work and wayyyy too overpriced. They show up before the appointment window and then cancel. They act confused about what is going on. The work doesn’t last either. Prepare to OVERPAY!

Used for plumbing work when finishing basement. Terrible experience and the company did nothing to resolve. Here are the issues: 1. Re-routed a drain pipe and forgot to replace the metal bracket they removed. Was the dry walled over and I had to have someone cut through the new drywall, replace the bracket and repair the drywall. 2. Failed 1st plumbing inspection after using the wrong fittings and had to come back out and replace. 3. Installed new $200 toilet twice, both times it leaked and told me they couldn’t come out to replace for a few days because they are busy and “I have other working toilets.” Eventually told me it was a bad toilet and I would have to get a new one and pay them again to install. I ended up installing it myself. 4. Did not properly install the plug around the sump pump cord, causing my basement to smell. I fixed this myself as well. 5. It just failed final inspection again this week as only one of the 8 bolts were installed in the dump pump cover and the sink drain was routed to the vent pipe I stain of the drain. I did these repairs myself as I would never call them again for any reason. The total job was more than $3,000 and the company did absolutely nothing other than continuing to send the same person out.

I called on Precision to take care of my Grandmother when her water heater started leaking. Their response was fast, the tech was professional, and their price was fair! Her and I couldn't be happier with the service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Professional, Quality, and Reasonable! Precision Plumbing installed a whole house water filtration system I purchased on my own for a very reasonable price. Shane was the plumber, he was very conscientious and even took the time to drive 30 minutes away in traffic to purchase a piece of piping that was needed. He was very friendly, professional, and the work was quality. No leaks and the work looks great! This was my first call to a plumber ever, thank you! I highly recommend Precision Plumbing of Acworth.

I am currently remodeling my home, changing a bedroom into a bathroom, and these guys did a great job repiping my new bathrooms! Id like to thank Cody Czobat for all his hard work! Its nice to see the owner of a company still turning wrenches! These guys are awesome, quick, and affordable. I will use them in the future and I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure!

I had a very bad back up in my home and was quite afraid of the price due to the fact my home is 50 years old. Cody with Precision Plumbing came out that very same day to check out my system, which was such as relief since my tub was backing up very quickly. He was able to access my main clean out (I had no clue that even existed) and have the repair done within 1 hour, his price was below what several other companies quoted me and it has not happened since. I have used them several other times on many other jobs and would recommend them to everyone I know!
