We had been opening the garage door manually for years, but after my wife got pregnant, she demanded we get an automatic opener for the door. I searched for the best one online for hours, and zeroed in on a specific chain drive liftmaster. I called, and they did confirm that was their best moderl, and after getting a very reasonable quote, I decided to go with them. The guy was able to stop by with the motor in hand in order to do the job for us. The motor has all kinds of cool features, including connection to my smart phone, and the guy was more than happy to explain it all to us. I was very pleased with the guy that came out, as well as pricing, so I have their number down in case I need any more service.

My garage door springs snapped on us, and I needed service ASAP. I was able to get a gentleman by the name of Gary out immediately, and he had the exact springs, along with many other sizes stocked up and ready to go in his truck. The install went smooth, and the guy was really nice. Also, it also came with full warranty for parts and labor. I would recommend them definitely.

William the repair man, and Michelle, the young lady over the phone are awesome. So first off, Michelle, the young lady answering the phone, was very nice, and very helpful. I was on the phone with her for like 10 minutes chewing her ear off with questions inquiring about a new garage door. She was more than willing to help and went out of her way to guide me through the website and give me my options. After going back and forth I did mention that I believed the door might still be repairable, and then she suggested that I had my door looked up initially so I do not waste money on a new door that I do not need. I really appreciated her honesty in that sense. She set up an appointment and that's when I had William come out. He took a look at the door and did some moves on it. The door was hardly budging. He shook his head and said it was going to be tough, but let us know it was repairable. We asked for the price, thought about it for a second, decided since it was so cheap to fix we would just have it fixed in the meantime. Even my husband thought it was surprising that they were honest. They could have easily told us it was done for, but they didn't so we appreciate that. We will definitely be calling them once we are ready to get a new door put up.

Prices seemed reasonable after making a few calls, so I decided to get the door with them. They had a wide selection of doors online, and my wife chose the flush series with the L-100 windows. We were able to get it installed the next day, since the door was in stock at the warehouse. The installer was on time, had the door up in no time, and explained the door to us as well, and how to use the remote and keypad. We haven't had any troubles since then, and the motor we got is super quiet like they promised. Excellent service, and highly recommend. We really thought the service was great.
