Premier Roofing Company

New roof, same material. Promised to replace one section. Did not honor commitment. I finally gave up accepting offer of $500. In hindsight would have gone back to original installer who were able to do what Premier claims they cannot do.

If you want to get treated like a number these are your guys. Damaged my home, pleaded with them for 6 months to fix and still nothing, except notice to put lien on my home and send to collections. Please fix my home!

We "price shopped" a few roofing companies. I put that in quotes because there really is no such thing as price shopping when you're working from an insurance quote, which is slightly disturbing. Premier seemed to have the best warranty program and were fairly responsive at the beginning. We went through the entire process and they took care of most of the paperwork. After the roof was done, we had a permit hanging in the door because the roof had not been inspected. I realize that the inspection process is separate and not under the control of the roofing company but I believe in this case the roofing company forgot to call and set up an inspection once they were done. My next door neighbor had his roof done at nearly the same time and was inspected and fixed and reinspected within two weeks of getting his roof done, so I don't think this is a timeliness issue with the city. Other than that, our roof passed inspection on the first try, and the roof looks much better than the previous roof, as well as being repaired from hail damage.

I employed Premier Roofing to replace the old roof on our Victorian home. Due to the pitch of the roof and the number of layers on the shingles, it was a challenging job. Premier was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Not only were they courteous and knowledgeable, but the quality of our new roof was perfect. They took a lot of time explaining the process to us, got everything done quickly and left the house and yard exactly as they found it. I would absolutely recommend Premier to anyone looking for qualified professionals looking for a reputable roofing company.
