Jonathan Walther and his team at Premier Custom Homes went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with our new home. It was truly a pleasure to work with him! All of the sub contractors he used were very professional and did quality work. Jonathan's attention to detail was apparent both while building our home and in his timely responses to our needs after we moved in. We couldn't be happier and if we ever move we want Jonathan to build our next home!

Jonathan is wonderful to work with, very honest. He is great with follow up work, he's very thorough and uses quality material. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. As a female, it was very important to find a contractor who I felt I could trust and have a comfortable relationship with. Jonathan definitely gained my trust throughout the entire construction process. Great contractor...!!!!

I work with a lot of contracting professionals in my field and Johnithan is one of the most easy going contractors I have ever meet. No matter the issue it is as if there isn't one with Johnithan. My company has been blessed to work on some of the most premiere locations in the north shore area with premier custom homes and I would recommend him to anyone!

Not only was it a pleasure to work with him, but his entire crew was hand picked and were excellent craftsmen. Jonathan's honesty and integrity gave the whole building process a calm feeling, and moved along without any surprises. We would highly recommend Premier Custom Homes when you are planning to build the home of your dreams.
