We absolutely love our patio enclosure from Premier ! Before it was installed our patio was rarely used. Now our patio is a 5th room! We enjoy it without the bugs and dust ! Premier Outdoor was a joy to deal with and was very professional.

Todd and the team at Premier Outdoor Space are fantastic to work with, extremely responsive and do exactly what they say they'll do. He really made the whole process easy and we couldn't be happier with our new porch. It was delivered and installed on time and it turned out even better than we had expected...it's amazing how much more we use this space in our home now! We are so pleased with our porch and give Premier Outdoor Space our highest recommendation.

I love our windows. They offer us the flexibility to enclose the outspace during the winter and open it during the warm summer months. They windows look great too!

Water Works Car Wash of Prospect hired Premier Outdoor Space in 2023 to enclose an area of the car wash where my attendants prep vehicles before entering the tunnel wash. This was a first for Premier at a car wash but it turned out fantastic and customers comment on it every day. Premier was excellent to work with and organized the project from start to finish. It was nice that they were able to be a one-stop contractor to coordinate all of the trades needed to complete the project. The installation crew at Premier was top-notch and took extreme pride in their work and great attention to detail. I recently had Premier Outdoor Space add a 3 season room and aluminum deck. They were extremely professional, detail oriented and kept me informed all through the project. They assisted with design ideas and I felt like they were building it for themselves. The workmanship is top rate and the flexibility during the project was most appreciated by me. We had recently moved into the new home we had built when we saw an enclosed porch in our neighborhood that we really liked. To make a long story short we introduced ourselves and as a result to Ben and Premier Outdoor Space. Definitely the best decision we made was to enclose our existing porch with Ben and his crews help. It has added so much great space for us year round. We continue to see so much of their work here in our neighbor. This I am sure is due to their professionalism and the quality of their work. Can’t thank them enough.

A friend installed on their lake house porch. I loved the look and the ease of raising and lowering the windows. When I decided to build a townhouse I knew I wanted to enclose my porch. I enlarged the porch and contacted Premier Outdoor Space. Their quote was reasonable. Premier was wonderful to work with as I encountered many delays in completion of the townhouse. Once I moved in, the porch quickly became my favorite place in my townhouse. This system will not disappoint!!!

We contacted Ben Robertson on a referral and we were not disappointed. Ben designed an outdoor space for us that included raising our floor to be all on level, extended our outdoor open patio and enclosed it using the sunspace product. This outdoor space also included a stone fireplace. Keith Lehman did an amazing job building our space. His eye for all the details and his workman ship is top notch. The project stayed on budget and was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ben and Keith. As a matter of fact we currently have hired them to enclose our outdoor porch at our second home! We feel confident that we will have the same experience and we will be enjoying a screened in porch this spring at our cabin!

We started out building a party barn with an open pavilion on the front. We soon realized we wanted to enclose the pavilion area. Ben Robertson, owner of Premier Outdoor Space, designed a beautiful Sunspace solution for a large three season pavilion. His installer Keith, did an amazing job installing on a very cold winter day. The product and the workmanship is amazing - we get lots of compliments. No water leaks, the windows operate with ease, and we are amazed how the temperature is controlled. We have enjoyed entertaining family and friends - it is so comfortable and beautiful After completing the project we decided we wanted to screen in the garage doors in the barn. The screened design was not the same as the pavilion enclosure. We were not happy with the screens so Ben agreed to upgrade at his cost to meet our satisfaction. Ben and his team are stellar in making sure they install a quality product, communicate throughout the process - dealing professionally with material delays during Covid, and following up to make sure we are happy. We highly recommend.

In late 2020, we contracted with Ben Robertson of Premier Outdoor Space to design a new watertight aluminum deck, concrete patio, and patio foundation for our home. The decking system was installed by Keith Lehman to provide a watertight, slip-resistant, and weather-resistant cover for the patio. The overall project was completed in a timely manner and within our established budget. During the project, Ben and Keith to took great care in ensuring we understood the activities needed to complete each phase of the project, the schedule for their completion, and the work that was to be performed each day. They made us a part of the process. They also offered numerous suggestions during the design and installation phases of the project that reduced its total cost and ensured a successful installation with a superior end result. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Even more so, they provided a quality of workmanship and level of customer service and satisfaction that is increasingly rare among residential contractors these days. We had a great experience from sale to finished product. Nate Jacobs was always prompt professional and honest. He arrived on time each day keeping the job site clean. Each night after vacuuming and sweeping, all tools were taken away. The porch is fantastic! It is easy to slide the windows. Cleaning them is a breeze. We are able to shut all the windows when it gets cold and it is so well sealed we can use it year round. We are 110% satisfied and would highly recommend this company and Nate Jacobs!!

The guys at Premier Outdoor Space did a wonderful job on our 3 season porch. They were excellent communicators and showed up every day and worked late until the job was complete. We have enjoyed our room all year. It has become our favorite room in the home.

Had 3-sided porch enclosure installed by Ben Robertson and his team. Top quality product far exceeds a competitive product we had in another home. Panels were 100% leak free in 60 mph winds and 2.5 inches torrential rain. Install took 1.5 days. This is truly a custom fit system with filler pieces cut to exact fit and adjusted accordingly. Ben and his team were a joy to work with. Ben pays attention to every detail and gave me a tutorial on how to care for and adjust the panels if ever needed. This is a premium porch enclosure system installed by a top notch installer.

Our Sunspace windows were installed 10 years ago by a company that is no longer in business. I contacted Premier Outdoor Space when several of my window panels were damaged by the very sharp nails of a new kitten. They were very willing to help with the repair, at no cost to me, despite the fact that we have never purchased a product or service from Premier. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the product and the repairs. I would highly recommend doing business with Premier.

This project started out as a typical screened in porch with stained pine post, beam and exposed rafter and T&G roof decking in Franklin TN. But as the finishes were upgraded, it became apparent that this should become a three season sun room. This is where Ben Robertson and Sunspace By Premier Outdoor Space helped us make this a remarkable room addition to my customer’s home. I found Sunspace By Premier Outdoor Space online while researching operable vinyl patio windows. I had already found several other manufacturers, one of which I liked enough to purchase a sample window from them. When I contacted Premier, I spoke with Ben Robertson who spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone explaining the differences in the patio window manufacturer I was looking at and the Sunspace product. He was upfront that the Sunspace product would run a little more in cost, but would make for a longer lasting and easier operating window. So I ordered a sample window form him also and was going to do my own comparison. When the samples arrived, it was easy to see the better design and ease of operation in the Sunspace product. First off, the four operable vinyl panels in the sample were all the same size, whereas the other product’s panels were four different sizes to fit the offset tracks in the side rails. This reduced the open area of each window. The difference in spring tensioning design was night and day. Sunspace has one single stainless spring that keep tension on the side track so the window panel holds its place up and down the full length of the side rail. The other product had about a half dozen moving parts to achieve the same thing. Again, easy to see which would perform better and last longer. After working the sample windows a bit and seeing the difference in construction and design, the homeowner was sold on the Sunspace model. Ben was very helpful in working with me on dimensions and fully understanding how the installation process worked. The order was placed and delivered a bit earlier than promised. Using Ben’s tips, the installation was simple and no problems arose. My customer is extremely happy and enjoys the jealous comments of his friends and neighbors when they see the sunroom. I contacted the owner of Premier Outdoor Space to inquire about four track vinyl windows for our lake home's screened porch. My initial telephone conversations with Ben were positive and the information I received led to an in-person meeting. Ben drove to Jamestown, KY to our lake home and personally measured each of our eleven openings and quoted the cost soon after. Installation was accomplished with a few of the panels apparently slightly too narrow resulting in them requiring replacement. Ben made a third trip from Louisville and personally installed the replacements. Ben's professionalism and work ethic was the best I have experienced with any contractor I have used in my 70+ years. This spring we had our porch enclosed by Premier Outdoor Space and what a wise decision. Ben and his crew did an excellent job and were very trust worthy. They not only did a beautiful job, they were efficient,followed through with what they said they were going to do, and were very professional.
