My daughter wanted her bedroom redecorated. She chose to adorn it vintage style. Mark was brilliant and an absolute perfectionist! Would highly recommend him to anybody. My daughter is a very happy lady. Brilliant job!!

Mark, who has previous decorated my previous home externally and internally, has just completed the decoration of my lounge, kitchen diner and cloakroom in three days. As expected the job has been completed to a very high standard. All necessary protection was put in place to avoid any damage and the furniture replaced to its normal position at the end of job. Other than the change of colour schemes one might not have known any work had been done - it was pain free ! Now thinking about the next job.

Mark and his team came and painted and decorated my lounge , turned up on time and completted the job with an excellent finish , I've never seen a firm work in the way this one did clean is not the word , I would recommend them 100%

A couple of years ago my wife and I bought a large detached house in Willaston that needed extensive renovation. After completely gutting the house and re-rendering the outside we asked Mark (Prestige Maintenance) to be in charge of wallpapering/painting the inside and painting the render and window frames outside. His work and attention to detail was exceptional. The ceilings and woodwork were repaired/filled where required to give a superb finish, and Mark's skill with hanging wallpaper (often in quite awkward spaces) was impressive. We have recommended Mark to many of our friends and family in the area, and all of them have been equally pleased with his work. We had difficulties with a number of tradesmen during this renovation but Mark was always there on time, fair with his pricing and delivered a high quality finish. We have had Mark back for other other painting jobs since and will have him there for future jobs without hesitation.

I first met Mark when I needed my whole lounge decorating following an insurance claim. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and and organisation of the job from start to finish that I took his number. I recently needed one wall re-papering after replacing an existing fireplace and wasn't sure if such a job was possible or even too small a project. This was no problem at all for Mark and he was even able to re-gloss all the woodwork to perfection with the existing paper on the other walls remaining in place. He also organised the electrical work to remove and hang new wall and ceiling lights in the room which all contributed to the end result. Mark works to a very high standard as do all those who work alongside him. I can't recommend Prestige Management Limited highly enough to take the stress out of decorating and offer a first class service.

From first making contact with Prestige to completion of the decoration, we found the service to be highly professional. Mark was very accommodating to our needs. Always arriving at the agreed time and cleaning up every evening before leaving the job. We are very pleased with the service Prestige provided and with the decorating of our hallway - we are so happy that we have asked Prestige to return this summer to paint the exterior of our property.
