Procraft Cabinetry Dallas

This is THE WORST cabinetry company and I regret I paid them so much money for may kitchen cabinets. The customer service is just awful. Their process is terrible; they continued to incorrectly size my cabinets, took months to correct, and STILL messed up the orders. It was a terrible 10-month ordeal. Their post-installation customer service is even worse. DO NOT use this company unless you want to waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PROCRAFT. We purchased (and paid for our cabinets in full) in July 2021 and are still waiting for them to fulfill the order. We received half of it and the rest arrived months later and did not match the white on the original cabinets that were received and installed. Now, 13 months later, we are still waiting on them to replace what is missing and will not give us an update on when we can expect to close this out. We wait weeks for a response and are often met with "I am trying to track down an update" but never get anything concrete. We have also asked to escalate this to their Leadership and ask for them to call us to discuss the issue and they say "we have let our President know you would like to speak to them" but never get a phone call. This has been a huge waste of time for us as consumers and will now cost us money to pursue legally since they are not willing to make this right. Note - I cannot enter a project completion date since it is still not done 13 months later.

LOTS of room for improvement. Hard to get your cabinetry. I still don't have my cabinets from an order placed August of 2017. They hold you and your client hostage until you cover their ordering mistakes. They do not understand cabinetry so you pay them to learn on your behalf. Would seriously recommend ordering cabinets from somebody other then tnis company.
